"The hotel facilities and proximity to the beach were amazing. Breakfast delicious and rooms spacious and inviting for families with children.
As written in other reviews, the hotel only provided 9 beach umbrellas with seats and they were mostly taken by other guests, meaning that we often had to pay for other seats despite being Havana guests.
We wouldn't stay here again for one big reason of noise. The paradise club opposite Havana totally ruins this hotel. It has live singing until past midnight, and the club itself doesn't close until 2.30am.
The pool looked fantastic in the photos but in reality it was windy on the 5th floor and the water was cold. We found the beach water so much warmer."

"We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (from August 6 to 8). We really liked the hotel. The advantages we noted were the following:
1). A wonderful rooftop pool. We were especially impressed by the mountain views
2). Large clean rooms. You can see a piece of the sea
3). Good breakfast. There are soups, meat, omelettes, fruits and coffee. Only during our stay there was no regular milk. Only condensed
4). It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sea. There are palm trees near the beach that create shade. And you can lie in the shade
5). Excellent massage. We booked the hotel for only 2 nights, since our main hotel was occupied. But when we moved, we continued to go for massages at the Grand Tourane
Overall, we highly recommend it for accommodation"

"I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The pool is great and the breakfast range was fantastic. The room was spacious with a balcony.
I found the bed comfortable and the staff friendly.
You have to pay a deposit at the hotel and the room just has one keycard, cannot have two and no options to pay extra for another one."

"Had booked another hotel close to Melia, which didn't like at all, and started searching for another one, thankfully was lucky to go in and ask the staff to the reception of Melia, which by the way were very polite, helpful, professional service,

The rooms are perfect, spacious enough, very good service, very clean, just how a 5 star hotel should be
Visited the Spa, I think around 5 times..
The prices are similar with around the city, but the facilities are ten times better, and the best service i had ever experienced from the host , Kim and the therapist Duyen, ( hope got right the names đ)
Overall , was just a joy and very relaxing with very good memories at this property, definitely will try this brand another places as well

"Our family stayed here with our 1 1/2 year old son. We were able to get a crib for him. The location is excellent, just a stones throw away from the beach. The playroom was great for our son. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. I would stay here again. Sunrise views from the ocean front balcony were amazing."

"The resort was awesome! I chose the ocean view villa for 6. The villa was so big with 3 independent bathrooms and 2 of them had bathing tubs. I thought the little path in the villa could reach to the beach directly but found that it reached to a trail that you could walk to somewhere else. But it was really an ocean view. We had breakfast, lunch & dinner in the restaurant that the food & drinks were delicious and looked decent! The prices are reasonable to us. All the staff were nice and can speak in fluent English. We also enjoyed a free tea set at the Ocean Bar. It is only available from 15:00-16:00 so guests have to take time to enjoy it after check-in at 14:00. Also, the âbeautyâ body massage was great too. The masseur massaged in a Vietnamese style with moderate intensity. But it was quite full in schedule so guests are suggested making a reservation earlier by walk-in. Because phone calls are always user busy. I was surprised that Amiana put a birthday cake in the villa after I came back from the beach. It was lovely! The golf cart came fast to take us from the room every time & it only took a few minutes to the resort lobby. We should have stayed here for 2 nights instead of 1 night so we could have enough time to enjoy all facilities. When I checked out trying to call a Grab to the airport, there was no drivers available. But luckily the receptionist helped us to call a taxi. In general, I had a very good experience In Amiana and would highly recommend it!"

The location is right in the middle of everything, and just across from the beach.

But...its so noisy from traffic noise at night.
I stay on 12th floor.
So I hope they give me more higher than 30th floor next time. Because I booking 2 weeks again.

"The main benefit is definitely the location, it's not far from the the downtown of Nha Trang, so in comparison to other resorts, here you can order a taxi and get to the city center within 10-20 minutes. The resort itself is great, everything is new and clean, very scenic view from the lobby, the staff is polite and caring. Breakfasts are tasty. The terrirory (beach and alleys) is not big, but on the other hand the resort has two swimming pools, so it was easy enough to find a sun lounger even during busy hours.
I would recommend this type of vacation experience for families with children, as imho for couples and lone travellers this kind of resort would be a little bit boring and for the families with kids all conditions are provided: children can enjoy the swimming pool and parents can chill under the sun."

GGuest UserWe had room 1004 suite, ocean view. Excellent location of the hotel not on a noisy street (that's what we wanted), 2nd line, no high-rise buildings in front of the hotel, good view and 5 minutes walk to the sea. The hotel is new, comfortable, clean. They promised to open a spa in May. The room is large, comfortable beds, good quality linen and towels, bath, shower, 2 toilets, there is a desk for work, a large plaza. Very friendly staff, no comments on their work, anticipated all our wishes. We liked everything - the cleaning team, the reception staff, restaurant, pool and pool bar, the friendly Manager. At the reception, a nice Russian-speaking girl, Miss Vi Lee, was very helpful, solved all our problems. The restaurant has good breakfasts. We were also provided with a free transfer to and from the airport, free laundry of 5 things, packed lunch boxes for the road, printed our tickets. Everything was clean.
Itâs situated 10 minutes from the north beach, right in front of the hotel thereâs a massage salone. 5 minutes from a good grocery store, also thereâs a cheap laundry on the corner.
- The breakfast was ok, I canât say that I enjoyed it too much, but there were soups, noodles, sweats, fruits, eggs etc. So I could find something everyday. It finishes at 9:30, too early for me, as I was suffering because of jet lag.
- They provided us with beach towels that are changed daily; also you can use sun beds for free.
- Wi-Fi is fast
- the pool on the last floor is good and clean
There was YouTube and smart tv.
About some issues:
- Itâs quite noisy outside (people in Vietnam wake up early, at 5 am and do sports on the beach, they bring speakers with them), also we could hear people in the corridor, a church nearby rings the bells every night. So I would recommend using earplugs.
- They donât provide a clothing rack, we were using hangers to dry our swimsuits; itâs very inconvenient, I believe in such places where people goes to the beach everyday thatâs a must have
- thereâs lack of hooks in bathroom, also I would add more hangers, some shelves
- in our room the balcony was a tiny one, you can only stand here, but itâs impossible to seat (as I remember there were rooms with a normal size balcony)
But overall I enjoyed staying in this place, thanks to the hotel workers for high level of service. I recommend booking this hotel and this area of Nha Trang in general (imho itâs better than the center).

11868718****The hotel boasts an excellent location, right in the city center. The staff were incredibly welcoming and even provided complimentary airport transfers, which was a definite plus. The amenities and privileges in the Royal Suite surpassed those offered by other five-star hotels. Each morning, we received a dedicated basket of pastries and fresh fruit for breakfast. The afternoon tea was thoughtfully prepared. This also extended to complimentary evening cocktails as part of the executive privileges.

GgaoshanzhaofengThe room size and layout were excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is also fantastic, convenient for dining and shopping, and the area is quite lively. Breakfast offered good variety, with the menu changing daily.
Now, for a few minor downsides, just for your reference. Having visited Nha Trang three times before, all my previous hotels provided complimentary beach chairs and towels on the beach. This hotel, however, does not offer free beach chairs; they charge 300,000 VND per chair per use. This is an expense that could be avoided when staying at comparable hotels in the same price range.
Secondly, most hotels in Nha Trang (excluding those on Vinpearl Island) typically require a passport or a 300 RMB cash deposit at the front desk, which is then refunded after room inspection at check-out. While check-out at other hotels has always been smooth, this hotel attempted to deduct from my deposit, claiming three spoons were missing during the room inspection.
As someone with a strong aversion to using hotel items (I bring my own sheets, pillowcases, tooth mugs, toothbrushes, etc.), I certainly wouldn't use hotel spoons. Furthermore, although the hotel didn't provide an inventory list, I distinctly remember not seeing any spoons when I checked in. They were never present or used during my four-night stay. After a lengthy discussion with the front desk, I eventually got my full deposit back.
It's not about being unable to pay a fine, but being unfairly accused of stealing left a very sour taste. Importantly, cutlery is available at breakfast. In such hot weather, I wouldn't even drink hot coffee, so a coffee spoon would be completely useless to me. Who would take it? And how can they be sure housekeeping didn't simply forget to place them in the room? Staying in a suite for four nights, do they really think I can't afford a spoon? I can't help but wonder if this incident was a result of certain individual staff members' actions.

The island itself is a tropical paradiseâpicture serene, crystal-clear seas teeming with vibrant marine life, coconut palms heavy with fruit, and lush groves of mangoes and bananas.
The air is perfumed with the scent of exotic flowers from the islandâs diverse trees, creating a serene backdrop that feels like stepping into a postcard.
The resort itself is visually stunning, offering a range of accommodations to suit different needs. The villas are a highlight, with spacious double, triple, and quadruple bedroom options, many featuring private pools that elevate the luxury experience. The main building offers a variety of well-appointed rooms with modern amenities, catering to couples, families, or solo travelers.
The expansive beach, paired with jaw-dropping sea views, is a standout feature, perfect for soaking in the tranquility or enjoying water activities.
Dining at the resort is a delight, with a wide array of options to satisfy every palate, including thoughtfully prepared halal dishes. Whether youâre craving local Vietnamese flavors or international cuisine, thereâs something for everyone. However, the âSandsâ restaurant had a notable downside: the far corner, where dirty dishes are collected near the coffee machines and Vietnamese coffee station, was unpleasantly odorous, with dirty walls and shelves that detracted from the otherwise pleasant dining experience. Management should address this promptly to maintain the resortâs high standards.
Service was generally acceptable, but thereâs room for improvement. While some staff members, like the exceptional Lisa at reception, were superheroesâquickly resolving issues with clarity and professionalismâothers seemed undertrained.
The guest relations team, in particular, could benefit from better selection and training to match the resortâs luxury positioning.
Housekeeping was a mixed bag; we observed some staff working diligently, but the cleaning quality in our villa was inconsistent, with noticeable lapses that left us disappointed.
Facility-wise, the resortâs infrastructure needs attention. Shower heads and bathroom faucets were subpar, and poor drainage in the showers caused water to pool, which was frustrating. Additionally, the beach, while stunning, was littered to a surprising degreeâcomparable to a public beaches like Miamiâs. Given the resortâs emphasis on nature, we were surprised by the lack of regular beach cleaning.
I recommend management invest in sand-cleaning machines and implement a routine maintenance schedule, perhaps every two weeks, to preserve the islandâs pristine beauty. A gentle reminder to guests: please help protect this natural gem by keeping it clean!
Overall, the Nha Trang Marriott Resort & Spa offers a luxurious escape in a breathtaking setting, with diverse accommodations and dining options. However, management must address staff training, facility maintenance, and beach cleanliness to fully match the resortâs potential. Weâd return for the stunning views and Lizaâs stellar service, but we hope to see improvements for an even better experience.

YYuliaDJrA good hotel, clean, decent, quiet. There were problems with the word in the shower in the room, but we generally did not care, so we did not call the maids about it. Friends in the room did not have such a problem. The toilet and bathroom in a separate room, and not in this strange way separated by glass from the bedroom, which is a big plus. On the 17th floor there is a small pool, but the water there is cold) but the photos on this balcony are very beautiful, the view is beautiful. Breakfasts are normal, not everything is tasty, but there is always something to choose from, in extreme cases every morning there are scrambled eggs and phobo, toast, jams, fruits, pastries, delicious coffee. It is enough to have a snack before going out. It is difficult to navigate the distances, we took a bike rental and went everywhere on it, so everything was close to us) it seems to me to be about 10 minutes' walk to the beach. I did not take a photo of the room, because it is the same as in the photo on the site. The room had slippers, robes, towels, and everything for washing and showering. The room was cleaned and towels were changed every day.

TTravelSlavRigel is probably one of the best hotel in my entire life! Firstly, they provide very delicious meal in the buffet. Secondly, even though our room was extremely cheap it was very spacious and I havenât seen so big bed! Plus we could visit the gym and play billiards for free. May be one disadvantage is the view - the empty space looks like abandoned airport (but with gorgeous mountains).

Hotel didnât attend about paying for early check in (200.000vnd) they were saying âyes it can be at that timeâ I said âokay sure I can waitâ, so it wasnât check in at that time I really came , I was waiting for 2hours. When he said âu can go to ur room! But itâs 200k vnd for early check in!â I was surprised cuz why u canât tell me before, when I asked u?! Receptionists werenât helpful! Next one: they charge for water! ******* water! Water that includes in the room, I didnât ask additional water, I used bottles in room. They charged me to pay for water?! Water that is not a compliment for guest anymore, itâs recourse to stay alive for humanity, especially in such weather like in Nha Trang, itâs so petty and inhumane!!!Rooms there not that cheap and they have issue with free water for drinking? Gosh. Same problem that u paying too much but nobody cares in this hotel about ur personal boundaries, something simple like to keep silence on a hallway. 5am kids are running and screaming in a hallway and knocking to the doors while they playing, why should I wake up in the morning and argue with those people about their kids?! Why should I say elementary rules to save silent and donât bother to others???! Next one : after kids (argued and they left hallway, I came back to sleep again, BUT : came cleaning service 2hours later and with noise âcleaning cleaaaaaning cleaaaaaaaniiingâ knocked cleaning service (I was like a parrot to repeat three times âthank u , not now, I donât need it now and I pressed button before To not disturb â, why do they do this I canât understand?! I paid for 2nights at this hotel I checked in earlier than 2pm , it was 11am or sth, they charged me for this! But situation that I left hotel earlier on a big half of the day, nobody cares and nobody gave me back money I didnât use for living?! *** ?! Whatâs wrong with this hotel and those people which works in this hotel? I dunno!,

RREES DAVIDFor the price, exceptional. The room did not entirely match the pictures provided as the balcony provided was very narrow, so narrow in fact that a chair could only fit if placed sideways. The furniture in the room was also not well arranged, placed together at the end of the bed. All in all though, for the price, this is really an unbeatable offer. Staff at the desk were friendly and attentive, we encountered none of the issues with waiting mentioned in other reviews. The room was clean and the location was excellent. Despite a minor complaint about the balcony I wouldn't hesitate to return.
