The room is very dirty, the towels are extremely dirty, the used blankets are not collected, the hangers are rusty, and there are cockroaches in the room. I really don’t recommend this choice. "Had a bad night's sleep as the a/c wasn't working in the room . Also there were people stomping around above me late at night and early in the morning ! When I complained to the front desk the lady said thanks for telling me and that was it ! I asked for the manager as I was considering staying in town for another night , she explained that the manager was in the Bahamas and was unreachable , beside that she said he wouldn't comp a night or give a discount , she had worked there for 4 years and she never saw him do either ! Shocking service !! Saw this photo in the elevator and thought it amusing !"
