The hostess's welcome was excellent; she greeted me with homemade Lyutenitsa (a Bulgarian specialty made with roasted peppers, tomatoes, onions, and chili), fresh bread, and lemonade—a delicious and typical local aperitif. Thank you for this authentic touch! It was a thoughtful gesture that immediately put me at ease. The neighborhood is very quiet, ideal for relaxing after a long day, and everything is close by: shops, a local market just a minute away, and a mosque nearby for daily prayers. I highly recommend this cozy apartment in the city center, perfect for a short or long stay. The hostess was fantastic, thank you for everything! I will gladly return."

"I'm bulgarian but speaking in English for the tourists. I went here with my mom and the experience was awesome. The receptionist, I think his name was Rado, was very nice and welcoming not only to us, but also to everyone else. He showed us where our room was and even gave me free candy. At one point my mom got a headache due to having low blood pressure and Rado gave her pills to make her head stop hurting. When we went inside our room I was amazed of how it looked. The bathroom was literally better than the one we have at home. The only downside was that it smelt like smoke but that was due to the window being open. I would recommend this hotel."
