"It is a traditional Japanese hot spring hotel. Taxis are required from the station to the hotel. The staff at the front desk are very good and will help us arrange transportation as soon as possible when we need it. The open-air hot spring in the hotel is clean and comfortable, and the room has a home-like atmosphere. After checking out, the staff stood at the door and watched us leave, treating guests like guests! It is highly recommended to stay here when traveling to Yamagata👍"

"The hotel is a bit far from the city but it is clean and the service is superb. The hot spring has a good view of the river so it is quite relaxing while having baths there. Dinner has good choice of food and it comprised of a set and also buffet. I requested for changing the content of the set menu and they were able to accommodate my request at very short notice. The servicing staff were extremely friendly."

"В отеле великолепно абсолютно всё. Дружелюбный персонал, чистый просторный номер, очень тихий и при этом идеально работающий кондиционер, прекрасные завтраки. Санузел типичный для японских отелей, с маленькой высокой ванной. Отель расположен непосредственно возле ж/д станции, поэтому найти его не составит труда. Хотя окна моего номера выходили прямо на рельсы, никакого шума не наблюдалось - звукоизоляция тоже на высоте."

"The hotel that seems to have just been built next to Murayama Station, everything is well prepared, the single room room is large, easy to find, and the convenience store and McDonald's shopping mall are close by, but the neighborhood is too quiet Because it's a residential area, there's a bar across the station, but I don't want to go."
