I left my phone chargers behind i called 3x yet no response i feel the servics is very poor outside is building works no mention of it when i was making tge booking untill i paid than i get an email saying under construction that was too late as rooms were paid for non refundable."

"The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly at reception and in the breakfast room. We attended the NYE event and although I had requested to be seated with friends, this was not the case and we had to move tables and chairs around. The buffet food was ok although I think there should have been more set out as I queued for 40 minutes to get food. We were also amazed to be told, by a member of staff, that we could only have one piece of cake. At £50 per ticket we found this disappointing."

"First impression of the hotel….. drab. Overall impression that lasted overall just maximum of 12 mins…. Horrendous. Receptionist friendly enough when we got there. Corridors felt like people lived there not a hotel . Opened the door to the room and we could only stand there for 2 seconds . The overpowering dirty lingering smell of **** hit you straight away. I told the receptionist we can’t stay there, he offered going to look for another room. We couldn’t stomach staying there any longer. They would not give refund so contacted trip . Com . Took 2 hours to complete the refund after they offered 20 coins and 40 coins which I was arguing my point that the room was not considered fit for sleeping and even with a non-refundable booking, a room that smells of **** and is unusable or uncomfortable was violating my rights as a guest. I was up till 1am trying to sort the refund."

"If you like a dirty room, someone else's hair in the shower and a lack of breakfast, this is the place for you! Overpriced. If you have seen the adverts and are expecting a quality budget hotel, you are going to be very disappointed. A lack of quality and definitely not value for money."
