Our family felt so relaxed on the holiday that we can't wait to come back. There was so much onsite for everyone to do that we felt like we didn't need to go off-site. . They made us feel like a part of their family. It is made very safe for those with special needs that we could actually sit and relax."

"If only I'd trusted the negative reviews. Picture the scene: a woman in her 60s travelling alone to a foreign country, to be met at the airport by a taxi driver - not the 'free shuttle' she'd been promised - who could say only that the room had been cancelled and he'd been asked to take me to another hotel. Frantic attempted communication with the owner ensued, but he wasn’t answering his phone. My only option was to search for alternative accommodation for the evening – I had booked an apartment for the rest of my stay. Thanks to B&B Hotel for stepping into the breach. However, the taxi cost me 30 Euros. Had I known I would’ve needed one, I could have had an Uber for 10. I tried messaging Gino the next day to find out what had happened, only to be told that he needed to return to Belgium on ‘urgent family business’ and had to close the hotel. Strangely enough, every search engine showed that it was open and available that evening. Avoid, if you don’t want unnecessary trauma right at the start of your holiday."
