"When I first entered the room, it was very stuffy and smelled bad; there was a strong dampness and foot odor. I had to air it out for about an hour. I also thought there was breakfast service in the room, at least it was included in my accommodation package, but this service was not provided because it did not arrive."

"I usually don’t write reviews but felt like sharing our story. Our visit in Ordu was extremely pleasurable, particularly due to our stay in this hotel. We had originally booked a different hotel which I will not disclose but let me just say that we left the reservation right after checking in (at this point it was about midnight), so we started looking for another hotel right away. We really like Radisson Blu however the prices they gave us when we called (remember it was past midnight, so booking for that same night online was not possible) were not matching their website and the staff member was not willing to price-match. So we decided to go to Ramada. When we got there a staff member kindly helped us with our bags even though we insisted we did not need help. Next, their prices matched their online prices, which we definitely appreciated, but on top of that, they gave us a discount! So we decided to stay there for the night. The morning after, we decided to book the rest of our stay with them. Customer service was great, particularly from Alperen, who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy during our stay. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Ordu."
