Portakal Hotel Dalyan ★★★
"We were regulars at the Asur Hotel but as it's now closed decided to give Portakal a try. We were unsure how another hotel would match up but can honestly say it didn't disappoint. We stayed at the end of June and loved it so much we've just re-booked for September! We especially appreciated the size of the bedroom and bathroom and how light and airy they are. There is good storage with nice wooden hangers in the wardrobe. There are so many positives which have all been said on here before but we feel need saying again. The service and hospitality offered really makes a difference to your overall holiday experience. Every single member of the team is courteous and cares about your stay. You feel looked after and special from start to finish. We agree that Eyup and Rams deserve a special shout out but everyone is smiley and friendly with nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast area is kept spotlessly clean and there's so much care and attention to detail with not just the range of options but little touches that make a big difference in how they're presented. Don't worry if you can't get a late check-out room or don't want to pay for one. There's a spacious and modern courtesy bathroom you can use near the luggage area with comfortable seating you can use until you leave the hotel. See you again soon Portakal!"
Dalyan Terrace Hotel ★★★
Dalyan Resort - Special Class ★★★★
"The facilities are a bit old, but the environment is very good and suitable for vacation"
Dolphin Park Hotel ★★★
"Really nice hotel, lovely and clean, modern rooms, friendly staff, nice breakfast, relaxing swimming pool, everything you could need and more for the price."
DNA Hotel Dalyan ★★
"Don’t normally leave reviews but this felt like a must. Alp, his family and the staff here really make this place stand out. This is our fourth visit and our priorities are usually clean, safe, good value and experience and DNA hits the spot. This place is spotless, the rooms, shower, pool are, cafe area all immaculate. The welcome you receive is second to none, the service is outstanding ( we have travelled a fair bit so we kind of know what is or isn’t genuine) . The food from the breakfast to the lunch is beautiful, (I’ve added some pictures) the Caesar salad and homemade chips for me are just divine. All really fresh ingredients and cooked well. The wine both white and red is really good, apparently so is the efes! Alp and his staff ( in particular his father Veysel, who is such a lovely man, Ceren, Arife both excellent cooks) his mother, his wife and to the others that we don’t see behind the scenes are always making sure you are ok, the place is clean and that your drinks are cold and filled. It’s also one of the last places that gives you nibbles with drinks that I know of, just another little extra. Prices of drinks and food are very reasonable aswell if you are on a budget, and there was a really good offer on the bottles of wine throughout our stay like buy one get the second one half price, which makes a big difference over the space of a week. One major thing for me is not having to scramble for a sun bed, reserving beds at daft o’clock in the morning is not something I take part in and the very thought of it gives me anxiety! Here you don’t have to worry about that, there is more than enough sun-beds to go around regardless of what time you get up. During the football season aswell Alp puts the football on which is great for us as fans but equally the bar area is really nice if you don’t watch the football. Each time we come here we meet solo travellers and couples alike and everyone says how safe they feel here and how accommodating the place is. WiFi is really good if you need it whilst u are here. All the ground rooms are swim ups basically and the pool is amazing, I loved just swimming the length of it over and over personally and it’s salt water so it’s perfect. There is also a lift to the upper floors if needed. I really couldn’t recommend this place highly enough The place is so tranquil and there are plenty of spots dotted about to read a book in the shade ( the swing is a favourite) it’s about 10 minutes walk to the town so not so far away, the town has so much choice to choose from in terms of restaurants and bars and the place is only about 30 mins from the airport. If you are considering booking I would fully recommend this place. Enjoy!"
Street61 Apart Hotel ★★★
"Right on the busy street in amoungst the holiday area, great room but a little noisy from music"
Holiday Village Turkiye ★★★★
"I must really commend this hotel from the kind staffs to the cleanliness of the environment the unlimited food was top notch will definitely be visiting again."
Marvelous Sarıgerme ★★★
"We had a wonderful stay at Marvelous Sarigerme. The hospitality was unbelievable and made us feel right at home. Delicious Turkish-style breakfast. About a 20‑min walk to the beach, with private beach access provided. Not in the busy town center, so perfect for peace and quiet, just what we wanted. Late check‑out was no problem, and reception happily arranged taxis. We’ll definitely be back!"
Arp Dalyan ★★★
"We had an excellent stay at ARP Hotel, Dalyan. This hotel is a hidden gem right on the edge of the Dalyan Lake and looking out across to the ancient Dalyan Tombs. Owner Berk Özgen and his team of staff cannot do enough for you and go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. The rooms are well equipped with regular towel change, bedding change and room cleaning. In high season I believe the boat service from the town centre to the world famous Iztuzu Beach will pick up and drop off at the hotel dock if requested. And then there's the fabulous, included Turkish Breakfast, which it has to be said is fantastic, including eggs, fruits, various cheeses and lots more all freshly prepared by the team. "

Bc Spa Hotel
"We spent 7 nights at BC Hotel Spa in Dalyan and had a wonderful stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with gorgeous surroundings and a very relaxing atmosphere. The pools were lovely, and although the rooms are slightly dated, they were clean, functional, and had good air conditioning throughout, which kept us comfortable. We didn’t spend much time in the room anyway, so it suited us perfectly. There were no kettles or complimentary water in the rooms, but with a supermarket just a two-minute walk away, it was easy to stock the fridge ourselves. Housekeeping staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and kept everything spotless. Breakfast was really enjoyable. It offered a nice balance of options: cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, jams, Nutella, as well as rotating hot dishes, an omelette station, and even cake. We always left satisfied. We chose the half-board option, and dinner always started with a delicious soup of the day, followed by a choice of almost anything from the menu (except steaks). We tried pizzas, pasta, grilled chicken, and burgers, all of which were very tasty. The only drawback during meals was the presence of cats, wasps, and hornets outdoors—not something the hotel can really control but worth noting. The highlight of our stay was definitely the spa. We booked one of the treatment packages, and it was incredible—so relaxing and absolutely worth the price. We left feeling pampered and refreshed. The staff’s English wasn’t always perfect, but they were unfailingly kind, polite, and eager to help, which more than made up for it. Overall: BC Hotel Spa is a beautiful and welcoming place that offers great value for money. If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday with good facilities, tasty food, and an excellent spa, this hotel is a fantastic choice. We would happily return."
Tui Blue Tropical - All Inclusive
Calypso Cozy Suites

Everywhere looked clean and Butch the barman/manager was always on hand to help . Overall I would recommend if you want a nice chilled out stay x"
Tui Blue Seno - Adults Only
"Food: ***delicious Cleanliness: The cleanliness of both the rooms and the common areas within the hotel was excellent. Service: The staff were carefully selected; they were attentive, respectful, kind, and friendly. If you're looking to party loudly with music, drinks, and go wild, don't disturb the peace here. This place is perfect for a quiet, calm, and peaceful holiday."
Villa Ozalp Apartments
"Dirty bed linen ripped with blood stains. Foul smell from drains permeating through the apartment. No Air con in bedroom, Air con in living room not working. Swimming pool dirty. On site bar tried to over charge for my bill fortunately I knew what I had drunk and queried the charges, It was eventually rectified, Word of advice pay your bar bill daily they will try to overcharge. Overall I cannot say anything positive about this accommodation and would strongly advise people not to book. Was so bad left hotel after a few days and paid to stay elsewhere (sadly had paid for full two weeks in advance for this abomination of a hotel)"
Dalyan Live Spa Hotel
"We just got back from two weeks at this hotel. We had a marvellous time, the hotel is small but nicely setup. The staff are very friendly (the lads at the bar were great my wife wanted to adopt one of them the cuddly one ), the rooms are clean and modern there is a nice bar by the pool and the food is good if you decide not to venture into town. The atmosphere is very relaxing, no problem getting a sunbed and prices are reasonable for a hotel! The only room for improvement I would suggest is the cushions on the sunbeds are getting tired, and bizarrely proper chairs and a little table outside the room would be a big plus. Hotel maintenance needs an uplift wear and tear is taking its toll, the gardener needs a quiet word. Small niggles aside (nothings perfect) I would strongly recommend this hotel it has charm."
Dalyan Resort & Spa
"Second time visiting this hotel and don’t doubt we won’t be back again!! Delightful staff and gorgeous scenery, cannot complain. Very walkable distance from town too. Highlight has to be breakfast overlooking the river."
Tui Blue Sarigerme Park
"A beautiful and quiet hotel, perfect for relaxation and ideal for families. I highly recommend it."
Club Mel Holiday
"This little family run b&b just on the edge on daylan town has been amazing. Friendly staff. Quiet tidy hotel. Rooms are basic but what more do you need than a bed and shower. Pool is large clean and warm and the surrounding grounds and views are beautiful. Traditional turkish breakfast made by the family each morning, a bbq can be arranged if booked in advance to have by the pool im the evening, the food was again traditional and amazing, drinks by the pool too… all of which is more than reasonable and bill is paid for at the end of your stay. This is a 15 min walk into town but its an easy walk albeit a very hot one. River side path is lovely if you can handle being eaten by mosquitos. We will be coming back!!"
Dalyan Villa Kiydan Apartments
"Thank you for boat trip. It was fantastic and Onur was very kind and helpful. Thank you ! He adapted to us. The landscape was wonderful Katia and Jean"
Murat Pasha Mansion
"I stayed here for one night due to a flight cancellation and I can honestly say I am so pleased that I was able to discover this place. A really magical oasis of calm and tranquility. Lovely organic natural pool with beautiful tropical shady plants and plenty of friendly cats in the garden"
Montana Hotel
"We stayed here a few weeks ago. Whilst it's definitely not boutique by UK standards we still had a great time. Our room was quite dated but it was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfy. Some more cupboard space would have been useful though. From what we gathered from other guests, the rooms are of different sizes and amenities e.g. we had a fridge but no kettle. We were told there is a room at the top which is very small and whilst we were there, two different couples did ask to be moved. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. The pool and bar area is nice and is kept very clean. Watch out tho when its wet as it is very slippery! Bar prices are probably reasonable for Turkey. The location is really good and there are shops within a 2 min walk. I was worried about being on the main road but it was actually fine and did not impact on relaxing around the pool or getting a good nights sleep. The best part of our stay however were the staff. They are great and cannot do enough for you. Had the staff not been so welcoming or our room and the facilities not been so clean, then it would perhaps have been a different story. "
Yakut Apart Hotel
"We stayed at the hotel for one night and left very satisfied. Thanks to everyone who contributed."
Minta Apartments
"Great apartments, central 10 min walk to town and 5 minutes from the market. Quiet snd peaceful. Ali and his family are lovely. Would definitely recommend."
Metin Hotel
"We recently visited Metin Hotel based on a recommendation. Despite calling ahead to confirm our visit, upon arrival, we were informed that while we could use the pool garden, we were expected to consume food and drinks. While this requirement seemed unusual, we didn't mind and proceeded to order. I ordered a cheeseburger which unfortunately came with burnt fries. When I politely asked for a replacement, the server, who seemed inexperienced, suggested we pay extra for another serving. Though this response wasn't ideal, we didn't make a fuss and continued to enjoy our day by the pool. However, when settling the bill, the manager addressed us in a surprisingly unfriendly manner, referencing a complaint about our dissatisfaction with the food. Despite clarifying that we only requested replacement fries, we were met with disapproval. This experience left us feeling unwelcome in our own country, especially compared to the treatment of other English-speaking guests. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the facility left much to be desired, with broken amenities and inadequate umbrellas. We hope this feedback is helpful for future visitors. Best regards."
Dalyan Casablanca Hotel
"What a wonderful break we had despite being taken ill. Beautiful spotless hotel Walkable into town and Riverside. Lovely Turkish breakfast and made to feel part of the family by Cihan Selen & Betty, what a gem she is. Absolutely loved Dalyan and will most certainly be back! Staff go above & beyond"
