"Omg where do I start, we stayed here for only 2 nights thankfully… the rooms were dark and dirty, and our balcony was a building site, one pool was cloudy like someone had tipped milk on it and the other was green, they did have a pool that looked ok but looking at the state of the other 2 there was no way in hell was I chancing that. Breakfast was an omelette station with cheese and pepper and mushroom for filling, and there was cheeses and salad stuff, the driest tomatoes and cucumber I’ve ever seen. The staff were non existent I think I see 1 in the 2 days I was there. The river restaurant was always dirty, full of cups and plates with cats on the tables eating the food people had left. Such a shame as this hotel has potential to be beautiful!!! Honestly please AVOID as I’ve stayed in much better hostels ,"

"Location is excellent if you need to travel into Sarigerme it’s a 5 minute taxi ride Great atmosphere excellent for families with children We were in garden room although this was a corner room we had loads of space Go to the cocktail bar 4 th floor excellent service from Kaan Turan He knows his cocktails and runs a great bar"

Villa Ozalp Apartments

"Anybody that gives this place more than one star must have very low standards. I have only just returned from my first holiday in Turkey and this place participated in a terrible start to the holiday. Arrived around 2030hrs and was shown to the room by a pleasant old woman who spoke a few words of English. My sister and niece were shown to their apartment, where there was a line of bricks situated in front of the door. There were also bricks inside the room that they were required to climb over. The room was filthy and the air con unit was hanging from the wall. On my way to my room on first floor, the sensor reactive lights go off after a few seconds which made it difficult to navigate the spiral stairs, resulted in my son taking a fall. The main doors have see through glass which offers no privacy, washing machine plugged in near the shower and sockets hanging from the wall. Looked like the place had not been cleaned for a while. We left after 5 minutes and paid 700 pound for alternative accommodation. Avoid at all costs. "

Dalyan Villa Kiydan Apartments

"Once again, we returned to beautiful Dalyan, and we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere other than Villa Kiydan. Since our last visit, several improvements have been made to the villas and the terrace area. The terrace now benefits from a permanent roof, providing welcome shade from the sun and keeping guests dry during the occasional shower. The poolside area has also been upgraded, with a solid concrete roof replacing the previous canopy, creating a much more comfortable space to relax. There's also a fantastic new BBQ area, which is a wonderful addition. We visited during a particularly busy period when the villas were at full capacity, yet there was never any need to rush for sunbeds, as there are plenty available around the pool. The saltwater pool is beautifully maintained and kept spotlessly clean. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you could need for a self-catering stay, including a full-sized cooker and oven, a large fridge freezer, and, in the two-bedroom villas, a washing machine. One feature I particularly love is the water cooler, which means no more struggling to keep bottled water cold. The villas are ideally located, around a 10-minute walk from the main street. They're far enough away to enjoy peace and tranquillity, yet close enough to easily access Dalyan's wonderful bars, restaurants, and shops. We have been visiting Dalyan twice a year for the past 11 years and simply wouldn't stay anywhere else. Villa Kiydan consistently offers everything we look for in a holiday, and I would not hesitate to recommend these beautiful villas to anyone considering a stay in Dalyan."

"Small complex in a lovely setting in just 10min walk to main centre ,they living and bedroom were quite large with good sofa bed and decent t v , the mattress was very comfy and we had lovely view from the balcony . Everywhere looked clean and Butch the barman/manager was always on hand to help . Overall I would recommend if you want a nice chilled out stay x"

Montana Hotel

"We stayed here a few weeks ago. Whilst it's definitely not boutique by UK standards we still had a great time. Our room was quite dated but it was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfy. Some more cupboard space would have been useful though. From what we gathered from other guests, the rooms are of different sizes and amenities e.g. we had a fridge but no kettle. We were told there is a room at the top which is very small and whilst we were there, two different couples did ask to be moved. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. The pool and bar area is nice and is kept very clean. Watch out tho when its wet as it is very slippery! Bar prices are probably reasonable for Turkey. The location is really good and there are shops within a 2 min walk. I was worried about being on the main road but it was actually fine and did not impact on relaxing around the pool or getting a good nights sleep. The best part of our stay however were the staff. They are great and cannot do enough for you. Had the staff not been so welcoming or our room and the facilities not been so clean, then it would perhaps have been a different story. "

"Peace, Tranquility and amazingly friendly service from all staff and owners. Nothing is too much trouble and any help you need is there. Nothing pressured all relaxed. Clean and well maintained our room was serviced every day. The sisters who work there are also extremely helpful. No loud music around the pool and plenty of room for everyone. The food is excellent and a great chice for breakfast. We will definately return. Thanks to Dilek, Murat and the ladies. A short walk to town, 5 mins on a flat road and less than 2 mins to a minimarket. The first bar restaurant you meet will be Sinans Place, not to be muissed. What are you waiting for?"

"Stayed yet again at this beautiful little hotel. It has such a wonderful feel about it from the amazing friendly staff to the freshest breakfasts using home grown produce right down to the fresh daily yogurt and home made jams. The egg Man who never stops smiling and is always so happy to see the guests. The rooms have comfortable beds and pillows and are cleaned daily to a high standard. The pool is lovely and clean. Plenty of sun loungers to go round with a lovely little pool bar for your cool drinks served by yet another smiling face 😁.. and always a friendly greeting or a wave. It always feels like coming home when we return here and are always greeted as an old friend. Wi-Fi can be a little intermittent depending where you are."

Food is fabulous... presentation is exceptional... perhaps the best meals we had in Dalyan. Very accommodating... nothing is too much trouble ❤️"
