Overall, it's quite nice and cozy hotel. There were some dust under the table, but that's not that bad. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was actually nice - it came in boxes and you can even take I with you which is really handy! Personal was friendly. I do recommend staying in this hotel!

I have never give an negative review in Japan hotel. Firstly, the hotel are not allow customers put their luggage in the hotel lobby which is completely unacceptable and there are no lockers around the hotel. So I and other customers are sitting at the lobby until the check in time at 3pm, when we arrive at around 12pm, there are no staffs available in the hotel. Staffs start working at 1pm and told us lobby are not allowed to put at their counter. Completely wasting customer time. Secondly, there are no room services if you stay under 7 nights. What a stupid policy? I have never experienced so terrible in a Japan hotel.

The location is goos, walking 10.minutes ro Osaka station, walking 5 minutes to street full of restaurant and bars. The reception only woer from 11am, we need to drop the luggage with the cleaninng staff.

There is a whole family next to you when you go downstairs. At this price, the CP value is very high when traveling alone. I will visit again if I have the opportunity.

It takes about 15 minutes to walk from Umeda Station. The room is quite big compared to others. Recommended. I don’t know if I didn’t eat breakfast. It is very close to the open-air shrine, so you can visit it.

The worst hotel I stayed in during my one-week stay in Osaka! Room with a cemetery view! The window faces a cemetery. But it doesn't matter, I just draw the curtains. But the hygiene is too bad. The hotel staff are all Filipinos. The room is full of dust. What's even more bizarre is that when I lifted the quilt, there was a long yellow hair inside? There was even something dirty like ** on the quilt! I didn't dare to take off my clothes all night for fear of contracting a dirty disease! The windows also leak air and make a lot of noise, which makes you unable to sleep at all. The room is very small. For the same price, this hotel has the lowest cost-effectiveness! The worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Japan. The hygiene is really bad. They didn’t even change the quilts. Instead, we were given a sheet to put under our dirty clothes. The shower curtain was very dirty and I don’t know what it was. The service was okay. , but the hygiene is really bad. After sleeping all day, my body is itchy the next day. Late check-out for 2 hours (12 o'clock): 1,000 yen will be charged for two-hour delay, which is not a special item.
