This hotel boasts excellent soundproofing, is located in a very safe neighborhood, and offers convenient transportation. It's definitely great value for money.

Extremely disappointed with my stay. The cleanliness and room space were terrible. We also experienced clear discrimination against Chinese guests. They strictly enforced a 10 AM check-out time, charging exorbitant fees per person for any delay. Furthermore, we were required to deposit our room key at the front desk every time we left the hotel.

The rooms are compact yet well-designed, a standard budget option that comes with all necessary amenities. Its location is excellent, being very close to the Chinese Consulate in Osaka and Awaza subway station. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.

Location was my absolute top priority when choosing accommodation, and this hotel truly hit the mark! It's just a 2-3 minute walk from Awaza Subway Station, making it incredibly convenient to get around, even with luggage. Plus, major tourist areas like Namba and Shinsaibashi are only one or two subway stops away, which was fantastic for planning my itinerary. Since it was a short trip, maximizing my time was crucial. As expected of a Japanese business hotel, the room was compact, but it was perfect for a solo traveler. The bed was spotless, and the bathroom towels were fresh and fluffy. They had all the essential amenities covered – toiletries, slippers, an electric kettle, and even green tea packets – so I didn't need to pack anything extra. I also really appreciated the quiet atmosphere.

The location is excellent, near Awaza Station, Family Mart, and Akakabe Drugstore. Hotel staff are very kind and helpful. The only thing that disappointed me is that they don't provide shower caps.

The hotel is ideally located near the Chinese Consulate in Osaka, with a subway station just 150 meters away. You can reach the Osaka Expo site directly in just 6 stops. There's also a supermarket and a FamilyMart convenience store conveniently close by, offering a tranquil escape despite being in a bustling area. While the rooms are a bit small, their compact size is a minor detail compared to the outstanding convenience for tourists. The hotel serves a Japanese-style buffet breakfast with a good selection of dishes, truly capturing the essence of Japanese cuisine.

This hotel was just okay compared to others I've stayed in. While everything felt generally fine, it was definitely quite old. No major complaints, though.

The room felt a bit dated, characteristic of an older, established hotel. On the day of my stay, I noticed many Japanese guests checking in. It's a very standard Japanese-style hotel. There's enough room to comfortably open two suitcases, making it ideal for one or two people.

Although the room isn't large, its compact and sensible layout means it's fully equipped and very convenient to use. It's especially ideal for short stays or travelers who don't need a lot of space, and it offers great value for money.

The hotel is good. And they have smoking room for customers . Near market, have a lot restaurant nearby. Easy to go anywhere.

We booked a triple room for three people. First of all, the location is very good, the subway is very convenient, and there are convenience stores around. Secondly, the room is small in Japan. Each of us has a 28-inch suitcase in the triple room, and we can only open one at a time. But we need to pay attention not to book separate rooms. We booked separately because we didn’t confirm the itinerary for one day, and we had to change rooms... The room cleaning time is 10-15 o'clock, and you must leave the room at 12 o'clock at the latest and come back after 15 o'clock. The room was quiet on the first night on the 7th floor, but after moving to the third floor, we found it was very noisy and needed to bring earplugs. The noise was the sound of the pedestrians downstairs and the sound of the fire alarm passing by. Finally, the service was great, very friendly, and equipped with translation software, so there was no problem in communication.

It's a hotel I booked for one night in a hurry, but the location is good. I couldn't sleep at the hotel I booked for two nights, so I checked in here right away. I washed up and went to bed right away. The room was warm, and although the room was small, the facilities seemed to have been remodeled. They're still up-to-date. If you book near Namba, you can walk or take the subway a few stops away, and everything is nearby. They even let me in for a few dozen minutes for check-in. But I insisted on LiveMax, so there was no microwave in the room. ㅋㅋㅋ It's really important, but since it was a holiday, all the stores were closed, so I spent a lot of time at the hotel. I'm satisfied.
