"The staff has no urgency to solve any problem. My laundry went missing for a day. My room key failed 3 times in one evening w/ promises of a fix that did not happen. The food service is so slow you must place your order at least 45 minutes in advance. Even a capucino at breakfast was almost 15 minutes. I would try to avoid."

"We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were all wonderful. The housekeeping staff did a fabulous job. The restaurant was good, but sometimes took way to long to get food and many items on the menu were never available. We loved the pool and the outdoor space to have coffee, eat a meal or work on our laptops. We feel like family and will be back soon for another stay."
