Panglao Island Franzen Residences Reviews

This is an excellent choice for a trip to Panglao Island. A ten-minute walk to Alona Beach. Lovely gardens to sit and relax. Excellent service and cleanliness. It is a lovely, quiet environment and has very helpful staff. I would definitely have this hotel as my top choice to stay.

Very convenient and comfortable hotel. The room is big. Comfortable mattress and pillows. There is a refrigerator and a balcony for drying clothes. Definitely recommend

It's very convenient to get in and out, it's near Alona Beach, and you can get there by walking on a one-day sea cruise in the morning! The boss's son can speak a little Chinese, and the family is very welcoming!

Not a bad hotel, has everything you need: refrigerator, safe, shower, stable internet and air conditioning. In general, I didn’t spend much time in the room, so the base was enough for me. Cleaned every day, but there were a lot of ants, but this is in many places in the Philippines. But in the bathroom there was some kind of gathering of local insects, either the spider Sergei would come to visit, or a huge beetle or cockroach Ignat. But Sergei didn’t seem to like him very much, or they didn’t share something, so I found Ignat tired in the bath. Therefore, we had to enter very carefully. The hotel itself is located about 10 minutes from Alona Beach, I like to walk, so it was fine for me.

Very cost-effective

Everything is fine in the hotel, 7-8 minutes to the beach, cleaning every day. The towels are new, the beds are not squeaky.

A very safe family hotel❤ This is my second stay and I will come again next time
