It  was good hotel especially beding was so good. Very cozy. 
We can rent a bike that was useful .
Hotel Nas swimming pool and private beach they eun electronic car they take us and return back, too.
It was si nice. They gave me informations about booking limousine therefore I can easily move other places
Breakfast was nice. But so many people crowded IIt was like a market. But food was nice. Totally It was good experience.

We had a memorable and exceptional stay at Paradise Elegance. From reservation, transport service, check-in process was seamless. Lunch buffet and Dinner was perfect, Vegan-vegetarian option is also available. We are are traveling for a wedding anniversary & birthday celebration, and we appreciated the efforts of Paradise Elegance in accomodating our special requests during our stay. 
Filipino staffs impecabble hospitality made us feel right at home. Overall, the combination of delicious food, excellent service and warm ambiance made our stay at Paradise Elegance unforgettable.

I am delighted with this trip! Immediately after ordering, a company representative contacted me and we agreed on a transfer to Halong from a hotel in Hanoi for 550 thousand dong per person. Everything was organized perfectly, the ship is nice, the room is good. The food is delicious and plentiful. Activities include a trip to Titov Island, you can climb to the observation top, you can also swim on the island, sail on bamboo boats through a small cave and along a hidden bay, another cave, a master class in making spring rolls, fishing, a cave (in the photo program). Kayaking separately, $ 50 per person. In fact, one day, but very active. Additionally, they helped me organize a transfer to Ninh Binh from Halong. I liked everything very much: the room, the service, the program. The room is small, cozy, everything is there except for a kettle). Your own balcony. Hot water, robes, toothbrushes / shower gel - everything is great. Water - 2 glass bottles, you can fill it through the staff without restrictions. Alcohol for an extra charge, cocktails for 160 dong, in happy hour 190 thousand for 2 cocktails. Tea 50 thousand dong. Juice, shakes for an extra charge. Wi-Fi only in the dining room, so-so, mobile Internet is also poor - the islands screen. The boat floats and sometimes stops, overnight at anchor among the rocks, unearthly beauty around. The staff is excellent. I was there in early April: 20-24 during the day, but cool in the evening. It was not sunny, not foggy - just cloudy. But still very beautiful.

The service was very good. The response to the additional shuttle bus arranged from Hanoi to Halong Bay was very fast. The bus went to the wrong hotel first that day, but someone could follow up within ten minutes. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the boat. The dining also surprised me. I recommend this cruise accommodation.

I've always had good experiences staying here before, so it was my first choice when traveling with my child this time. However, the service this time was terrible! Two days prior, I contacted Trip.com's staff to inquire about amenities for a 2-year-old. I was told that due to limited availability, only a step stool for the sink could be provided, and that I should follow up with the hotel directly upon check-in. So, during check-in, I reiterated my request for a bed rail, an air purifier, and other child amenities. However, I never received a response, even by the time of check-out. What's even more outrageous is that the promised step stool for the sink was never delivered either. I simply cannot understand how a hotel that markets itself as family-friendly could fail to provide such basic services as a bed rail. The sterilizer, bed rail, and air purifier shown in the pictures were apparently provided to other rooms. Trip.com needs to communicate better with the hotel and ensure there's no differential treatment. If these services can be readily obtained when booking through other platforms, why is it not the case with Trip.com?

It was a very clean hotel for adults, and the staff were very kind. There was everything you could want on the hotel grounds, so I was able to relax. The rooms were spacious, and the shower room, bathtub, and toilet were all separate, making them easy to use.

The staff were very accommodating, and the room was comfortable, but the standout feature of this hotel has to be the heated pools and the Cimer — which is a bit like a Japanese onsen. Overall, this was one of the best hotel stays I've ever had.
