Nice room. The night staff (check-in) provides very poor service. The wait is long, and customers get tired and leave for another hotel.

The hotel was very convenient and quite, for the price it was just okay, great for people staying from out of town, there is a hotel right across that was more lively and inviting, so might do that next time.

Friendly and welcoming staff, very convenient location, and everything was exceptionally clean. The food was just okay, but overall it was a good experience and I’d consider staying here again.

Due to a situation happening in ukraine, we couldn’t take a flight, asked hotel understand our situation, but instead they just decided to earn 200$ on people’s situation and didn’t refund anything. Super bad attitude, do not recommend.

It's a decent hotel with a spacious room. The breakfast is a standard Novotel breakfast and is quite good. Let me explain how to get to the hotel from the airport. After arriving at Orly, find the bus station and the green bus icon in the middle. You should wait for the bus at platform D2. Then get off at Coeur d'Orly. The hotel is located just past the Ibis Hotel and around the station.

It's right near La Défense. I'm so happy with it, I'm sharing some photos. It's spacious and the sofa bed is comfortable. It's fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, and kitchenware. There's a large supermarket nearby, and the metro station is very close. The price is very reasonable and the value is very good. It's perfect for a long stay, and the surrounding area is nice for walking, making it easy to get into the city and explore the surrounding area.

Very convenient. Take the airport shuttle bus Orly 1.2.3 to the third stop P4C and walk about 3 to 5 minutes. Very convenient. The hotel is very clean. If you arrive at night, you can stay here. It is very cost-effective.
