Great
AAnonymous UserAccessibility and Location: We were mindful that Montmarte is a hilly, cobbled location; therefore, on arrival and departure taxi or Uber would be the most convenient way with large luggages.
It's brilliantly located within walking distances of fabulous bars, restaurants, and main sights of Montmarte.
About 450-550 meters within Metro stops of Lamarck and Chateau Rouge.
Cleanliness: The room we were in had a bit of a body odour smell on arrival, which was disappointing. Thankfully the windows can be opened so that solved the issue.
Comfort: Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Service: Good breakfast service. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Good coin laundry service.
GGuest UserThe people were fantastic! Very helpful and accommodating and deserve good tips. The location is nice, not that close to EiffelTower but close to park and restaurant choices. You need to learn the metro and bus system in order to visit Paris or if you have a family just Uber. Two big issues: the indoor pool water is cold and my 11 year old refuses to swim in it. A pool was a huge selling point and ended being unusable. The place caters to families, and a 24 hour payable washer and dryer would be very useful on the premises. Otherwise, the beds are very comfortable and I definitely recommend staying there as a couple or with family.

TTina&TThe location of the hotel is very good, and the design style is also very exquisite. The only thing is that the suite given to us at the beginning was on the basement floor. It had windows, but it was still a bit damp, so we moved to the first floor the next day, and there was a skylight right above the bed. As soon as the sun shines on the bed, I don't know what to think.

SSi ccThe perfect place to end my Paris trip! My three-night stay at the Best Western Imperial Hotel on the Elysee exceeded all my expectations. The room was spotless, with stunning views of the Parisian skyline. Opening a bottle of rosé sparkling wine and watching the sunset from the balcony – who wouldn't say it's romantic?
The service was impeccable. The receptionist spoke English, was always smiling, and check-in and check-out were incredibly efficient. The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from the Arc de Triomphe, and surrounded by countless restaurants and bars.
If you're still staying at other hotels in Paris, you're seriously missing out! This is the only hotel I trust in Paris – try it and see!

PpegahGreat Value & Convenient Stay in Paris
I had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel during my visit to Paris. The location was truly a standout feature—close to major attractions and well-connected by public transport, making it incredibly easy to explore the city.
As is common in Paris, the rooms were quite small, but reasonably comfortable and functional. Hygiene standards were acceptable overall. That said, the hotel would benefit from renovation and a fresh paint job to elevate its ambiance.
One aspect worth mentioning is the staff. While they weren’t directly impolite, their interactions lacked warmth and enthusiasm, giving off the impression that helping guests wasn’t a priority.
On the positive side, the booking process through Trip.com was exceptionally smooth and hassle-free. The price was very reasonable, and everything mentioned in the listing matched the reality of the stay—no unpleasant surprises.
All in all, if you're looking for a well-located budget-friendly option in Paris with an easy booking experience, this hotel gets the job done.
RrosmanLocation of the hotel is superb, near metro and attractions. Walking distance about 10-15 minutes to Eiffel Tower. We booked queen bed for 4 nights. However, when we checked in at 11pm on 1/9/2025, the room given was not cleaned. There were pillows and used bedsheet at the given room. We were surprise and came down to report it. Due to unavailability, we have been given double bed connected into one, which was not comfy for us. One of the lift was under repair on 5/9/2025. It took 15-20 minutes to checked out since the morning 5/9/25 till mid day where only 1 lift working- a lot of guests waited too long including us!
Meanwhile, during the week we stayed, the internet connection was on and off where there was maintenance carried out based on notice in the room. Should plan better to minimize interruption to the hotel guest. Overall, ok for the strategic location and the Aparthotel brand which is well known hotels chain worldwide.
GGuest UserExcellent value for money, highly recommended! While not in the absolute city center, the metro station is right outside the door, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Most attractions are just a 30-minute journey away, and it's only a 10-15 minute walk to Champ de Mars to enjoy the stunning evening view of the Eiffel Tower. On the ground floor, there's a complimentary coffee machine offering coffee and hot chocolate at any time, as well as a water dispenser and sparkling water. A supermarket is conveniently located right outside the hotel. The rooms feature fully equipped kitchens with all necessary cooking utensils and tableware. Plus, there are plenty of dining options around the hotel. For stays of seven nights, one room cleaning is provided mid-stay. You can also get fresh towels from a dedicated towel room whenever needed.
GGuest UserI was surprised to stay in a Paris hotel for my vacation. The room was clean and quiet, which was good for my boyfriend to relax in because we were exhausted from getting around Paris. The staff members were nice and helpful. Btw, the location was kind of scary because it was located on the outskirts of Paris and full of homeless and immigrants. It was not hard to travel to the city centre. You can take a few minutes walk from the hotel to a bus stop which is direct to the city. However, whoever travels by car or bus and chooses to stay at this hotel, I strongly confirm that the hotel also provides security 24/7. So, I would recommend this hotel.

Vvlad.mncOverall, a good hotel. The location is very good, as it’s close to the metro station and very close to Montmartre. There are supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and other amenities around, which is great, all within walking distance. The only downside was the size of the room, which was tiny. Not a huge issue for a short person like me, but with two people in the room, it was difficult to move around at times. The towels could also do with an upgrade, as they are very thin and small.
The staff was friendly and helpful, no faults there. However, it would be great if they could take more of a proactive approach to deter antisocial behaviour (a guest was playing loud music on a portable speaker outside the hotel, right at the entrance, at 3 am, and nobody did anything about it).
GGhofran_1974The hotel is extremely cramped
everything from the elevator, stairs, reception, even the entrance (hidden between restaurants) feels tight.
The location is great, right across from the main station, but you can hear everything, so there’s no peace and quiet.
Breakfast is a joke: served in a tiny, unventilated room, barely enough space for a few people, and the food is terrible.
On the bright side, the place is clean and the staff, especially the morning shift, were very kind, helpful, and welcoming.
