Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel Reviews

Location is good and if you are lucky you can get a good river view as you see one of the reviews. Please DO NOT expect nice views and book the family room (double bed with double sofa bed with city view). Exterior is pretty good enough but as soon as you go into to room you will get disappointed. Old fans make noise, amenities are just shampoo, hand wash, body wash. No water. If you wanna have some water, you need to bring your own bottles and go down next to the reception and get tap water all the time. The hotel even don’t provide guests empty jugs or bottles. Staff attitudes? I can’t believe that here it’s a multiracial nation here. Oh not so many Asian actually. RACISM! I definitely can tell here, this hotel a lot of guests must feel and see ****** attitudes and remarks like one of staff copied what I said. my accent and sarcastic. It was my worst hotel experience in my life. Better choose the other hotels if you don’t want to ruin your trip especially Asian, Latin and people who’s mother tongue isn’t English. I’m not sure African-American because I didn’t see them at this hotel during my stay.
