Hôtel Mercure Paris Alésia

Hotel room is good and they provide secure luggage storage. Metro just within 100m walking distance. Recommend for those who look for better hotel and on budget.

The hotel is good but not 4 stars , the rooms is small but clean , the shower was very small , no body cream , no hair conditioner, etc . The view was terrible , the breakfast was good but too many people and no available tables for eat . We booked 2 rooms and in one room no toilet paper etc etc . Next time I'm Paris we will try another Hotel more close to the attractions.

My recent stay at this hotel was exceptional, thanks to the wonderful service provided by Maureen and Tatiana. From the moment I checked in, Maureen's warmth and Tatiana's attentiveness made me feel incredibly welcome. The room was spacious and elegantly appointed, and the hotel's amenities were top-notch. Every interaction with the staff was marked by professionalism and genuine care. Can't wait to return.

The service here was remarkable. I stayed here for my birthday in May 2024, and had requested a room with a balcony as a gesture of goodwill. The communication was quick and clear. I got the most cute set-up in the room when I arrived, even cake. Showers are great size and so modern. The room decor is outstanding and made it feel like I was home. Robes and slippers are always a delight, especially for me who usually can’t be bothered to wear clothes whilst in a hotel room. The balcony view to die for. Lots of shops, restaurants, a chemist (pharmacy) and more all on the same high road within walking distance. Tram stop across the street and tube station a mere 3 mins walk from hotel was very convenient. Most of all, to these people, I say a special thank you for being part of making my 50th birthday a dream come true. SPECIAL MENTIONS: Jean-Baptiste, Maureen, Neila, and Tatiana, you all were amazing with your customer service. Prior to visiting Paris, people said be prepared because the French are rude, but these four (4) beautiful people made that to be a lie. :) To those hotel staff, thank you…!

I have an amazing experience I loved everything about the hotel the staff are very friendly and lovely the room is so clean and I received a open arms from the staff I loved it .Everything in the hotel is well organized and everything's is so clean and arranged well

Hotel Mercure Paris Alesia was total awesome and the food was amazing the workers are professional they were very nice and knowledgeable, they know who to treat customers I’m sure that when ever I visit Paris I’ll surely stay at Hotel Mercure Paris Alesia again because the place is very clean and comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay there 😍😍 the receptionist I met there(Maureen) was very welcoming and nice 👍, you guys are very organized I really love it there I really loved my stay I will definitely come back again and I will make sure to tell my friends.
