YYINGThe location is great, the courtyard is also very nice, there is a walking area, the two bedroom room is the closest to the beach, you can go out and watch the sunrise! But what I want to say is that the facilities in the room are really old, especially in the kitchen. It is recommended that you use the kitchen utensils before cleaning or disinfecting them. Because they may not be cleaned, everything is greasy and greasy. There is an ant 🐜, many ants climbed! I feel that the kitchen has the feeling of being occupied by ants. There are a lot of people everywhere, and there are suggestions of intensive fear not to go to the kitchen! The hotel's room cleaning really needs to be improved, and it does not match the warm service of their front desk staff.

GGuest UserThe beachfront cabins are a delight with the ocean practically on one's doorstep. Beautiful location nestled within the rainforest. Cabins are clean and comfy, a quiet spot for a restful night's sleep. I have stayed here before and will return again.

PPhilippeThe room is great! Quite spacious with enough space for a family of four. There is a barbecue grill and kitchen as well as dishes and cooking utensils. Very good.
But the service and hospitality is poor. The worst experience I’ve ever made!
There is one restaurant that is always fully booked, but still has tables and chairs available. You have to please them to make up a table for you, very uncomfortable for a five star hotel! Then they have a lagoon bar that offers foods and drinks.
First day 29. Dec there was a wedding, so the lagoon bar was closed for hotel guests. Food can be ordered to room, because restaurant is fully booked. We asked if there is a celebration for New Year’s Eve, but concierge told us it was cancelled because no people were interested in. On 31. Dec they closed lagoon bar again for hotel guest because suddenly they had a New Year’s Eve party, but not for us. On January 1st there was no room service…. Check out was the same unfriendly treatment as during check-in…
If you don’t mind to spent your holidays like a tenant it’s a great place. As a hotel guest better try another one.
We will not come back here!

RRobert DeanGreeted by a closed reception window at 4:00 pm on a Saturday… I saw a note with a mobile number to call so rang through to get an answering machine… left a message then started wandering around. Eventually found a housekeeper who said she’d check me in. Gave me “the only room available” (yes I had a reservation) which was not what I had booked.
Welcome to Room 101! As you enter the hotel from the front, past the boarded up bar/ restaurant that used to be, you will pass two public toilets in the cavernous lobby after which you’ll find the door to room 101. Bright lights, and the noise of every single resident passing through the lobby on their way to bed that night was all for me!
The “patio” that comes with this prime piece of realestate was two outdoor chairs located in the short space between two buildings of 3 floors in height and is shared only with the rumble of a dozen or so air conditioning units discharging their unwanted heat.
The photos of the room I booked showed those rooms out the back, between the main hotel and the car park. Would have been happier there but there were only five still available when I booked mine so I guess I really lucked out… not a pleasant stay.
