Amazing
OOwen HSUThis is simply a great place to stay in Brussels! While there's no daily hotel housekeeping, my family and I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights and found it incredibly convenient for day trips to Bruges, Ghent, and Antwerp. Downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants and shops for dining and shopping, and there's even a small kitchen if you prefer to cook your own meals. The staff were also very friendly. Highly recommended!

Amazing
GGuest UserThis beautiful boutique hotel gets five stars from us all round. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We had an amazing stay — everything was spotlessly clean, from the floor to the taps. The gym was brand new and immaculate. I loved the interior design of the hotel, from the colour scheme and décor to the furniture, coffee machine, cup and room amenities. It's clear that they pay attention to every little detail. Our room was quiet, which allowed us to recharge after our long-haul flight. We would definitely recommend it and can’t wait to go back.
SShantelle ChewSuper worth stay at this hotel with the cleanliness & low cost. Location wise is the the most convenient to Grand place but it’s still a good option for those who want to have city walk and get a good hotel with cheaper price . The lobby looks very grand and there’s good service provided by the hotel to help to bring up the luggage to your room upon arrival.

Very Good
AAngelWong2010This room in a European city center was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Breakfast, at 17.5 euros per person, offered a fantastic spread including ham, cheese, fruits, vegetables, yogurt, milk, coffee, juice, bread, tea, and scrambled eggs – all very fresh, allowing for a leisurely start to the day. The reception area is small and shares space with the restaurant, but check-in was quick. While official check-in is at 3 PM, they allowed us to check in at 2 PM. Luggage storage is available, and the front desk also provides complimentary tea and candies, plus a self-service vending machine for snacks and drinks. The location is superb, with all the main attractions within easy walking distance, and the area feels very safe. Housekeeping doesn't come daily, so I brought my own trash bags to collect rubbish, which I could then dispose of in the large refuse room on the ground floor. There's also a spacious restroom on the ground floor, which was convenient for changing clothes and sorting out luggage before checking in.
GGuest UserThe place is pretty close to the EU Parliament, within walking distance of the nearest metro and bus stop. We got an early check-in without being charged extra as rooms were available. The staff was very nice.
However, they don't have smart TVs, or at least not in my room, as I was not able to Chromecast anything, and the antenna was only showing local shows.
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel right at home. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, from the delicious breakfast spread to the fitness center and relaxing spa. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining. I can't wait to return to this hotel on my next visit – it exceeded all my expectations!
GGuest UserA more soulless hotel experience it is hard to imagine, but if all you want is an ample room in a central location, this might not be a bad option. Be clear: this is a self-service check-in/out hotel, and the strong smell of cleaning detergents was the closest I got to meeting anyone employed by the hotel. It's a strangely desolate experience, with decor attempting minimalism but just feeling like a part-dismantled and neglected film set. In fact, there was nothing exactly 'wrong' with it: but it makes me shudder just thinking of it.

Good
LLulubell2006Hotel Mozart is in an excellent location, just a one-minute walk from Grand Place, which is ideal for sightseeing and exploring the centre of Brussels on foot. Being so close to restaurants, shops, and attractions is definitely the hotel’s biggest advantage.
The room was quite small, which may feel a bit cramped, especially if you have luggage. Breakfast is provided but is left out already prepared and can sit out for up to two hours, which may not be to everyone’s taste.
That said, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the owner is nice and approachable. However, he did come across as slightly unprofessional at times, as I saw him on a few occasions wearing a dressing gown.
Overall, it’s a decent option for a short stay if location is your priority and you don’t mind a few quirks.

BbigosoThe rooms do not have air conditioners. Extremely hot even when you open the windows. You wake up in a sweat! Internet is horrible. We had a luxury suite and paid more for this particular room, but it was so hot. Our stay was miserable. We sent our family to another hotel because of the conditions. Big mistake coming here
