Guest UserFacilities: There are walking paths along the fields, and small gazebos. Breakfast and afternoon tea are served in the lobby bar, and proper meals can also be arranged. There's a balcony offering beautiful views of the fields, and a private hot spring tub on the balcony for each room. However, at night, the reflection from the private tub attracts mosquitoes, so you'll be soaking with them. The swimming pool on the 4th floor has a great design that blends in with the distant mountains; it's atmospheric on cloudy days and scenic on sunny ones. There's also a gym and a rooftop. Detached villas are available, perfect for multi-generational family holidays.
Cleanliness: The bathroom drainage is quite poor. After a shower of less than 10 minutes, you'll be standing in water, which needs improvement.
Environment: Superb.
Service: Superb.
Minibar: Well-stocked with drinks, crisps, and a wide selection of teas.
Yunqi Double Afternoon Tea: One cheesecake, one bowl of red bean soup, and one bowl of watermelon. The portions are small but exquisite, not those unpalatable, pretentious cakes.
T3 Organic Tea Garden Scenic Area Ticket: Pretty good. The tea garden is accessible on your own, and you can see the karst peaks.

Guest UserOverall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic. The environment was clean and tidy, and the facilities were complete and well-maintained, making for an extremely comfortable stay. The staff were warm and friendly, offering thoughtful and attentive service, and they were efficient and helpful. The breakfast, in particular, was excellent, with a rich variety of dishes—it truly stands out in Qingyuan! It made both travel and accommodation completely hassle-free. The value for money is great, and I highly recommend it!

Guest UserThis guesthouse boasts an amazing location and design! Nestled amidst a bamboo forest, the environment is peaceful, the air is fresh, and it's incredibly comfortable. Plus, it's super pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our little furry friends along! We booked a sunrise-view courtyard for 4 nights, but sadly, we overslept every morning and missed the beautiful sunrise! The courtyard is built along the riverside, offering stunning mountain views from the small balcony. You can also go fishing or watch other guests kayaking (a complimentary activity provided by the guesthouse), so there's plenty to do! The guesthouse is also very close to nearby attractions. We visited Dongtian Fairyland and Tuofengshan Inn, and even enjoyed an exhilarating and thrilling rafting experience! The guesthouse's herbal chicken pot was absolutely delicious, even better than those at local farmhouses! The housekeeper was very warm and the service was thoughtful. When we checked out, they even gave us fresh bamboo shoots (sweet and tender) and Yingde's famous Yinghong No. 9 tea as a parting gift. We left with our hands full!

An incredible gem of a boutique hotel, run by a friendly host who anticipates and caters to your needs. This hotel is nestled between idyllic hills and farms, and a 20min stroll (or rent their bikes at 60rmb/day) to HuangHua where there’re great restaurants and supermarkets. It was exactly what we did not know we were looking for in a short getaway from HK to Yingde.
The hotel itself is clean and modern, and the food was a pleasant surprise. Being foreigners used to western-style breakfast, we were initially apprehensive while booking, but the farm-to-table, home-cooked breakfast turned out to be absolutely delicious, such that we found ourselves looking forward to it on our second morning.
We felt like we lucked out with this accommodation choice, as just within walking distance from the hotel, the host brought us to local hiking trails with quite the view (tip: go at sunrise, and if conditions are right you’ll get to see the “sea of clouds”), a climbing crag and an amazing cave you’ll have to yourself. The host, who turned out to be quite the explorer and adrenaline junkie in her younger years, happily took us to them, also showing us photo spots along the way.
But perhaps the best kept secret of this hotel is hinted in its name itself. From its roof terrace, we saw shooting stars fly by above the glow of the region’s famous karst.

Glamping in China
I loved the business project in whole, it’s brilliant, location, gorgeous view of sugarloaf mountains, air quality, forest and wildlife + real tea plantations and the general idea of connecting the ancient tradition of tea making and enjoying with the family outdoors and holiday activities.
But. When it comes to the reality and routine you face the challenges and imperfections.
First, I booked the tent with the request to accommodate my family far from other visitors and traffic. Unfortunately, we were given a tent that literally was situated at the main road with doors opened to the public route, while all other tents oriented towards the tea plantation.
We were disappointed, because at another tent we were asked to add 100 yuan more, since it was equipped with a bathroom.
More than that, it was booked too, so instead of nice stay 3 days/nights at one place, we had to move out next noon, wait for the check -in at around 13 pm and settle again at another tent.
I deeply appreciate the efforts the manager made to please us. But I wish we could skip all that unnecessary waste of time, not mentioning packing luggage of 4 people for 2-3 times.
Next complication is about Chinese culture being close to each other- tents are located side by side, 8 tents all reserved, lots of kids, all noisy, all moving at the same spot+ other visitors freely enter the area and it adds to the crowds. So we had a complete silence only after 11 pm and from the early morning it was already packed with new travelers.
The heaters are great, yet also noisy, the bathroom is beautiful and modern, even with dyson alike hair dryer, but users don’t care about others, don’t close the shower cabin while washing, so the entire room becomes a marsh.
We enjoyed our breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner at the hotel restaurant , the food and service was outstanding !
There’s great quality bedding , linen is awesome, mattresses and pillows are fantastic .
All amenities are of a premium quality, just like at the 5 * hotel.
Electric car shuttles are helpful and always there for you.
But the best part of the place is its tea, black tea, it’s a splendor ! We drank it for 3 days and it’s never enough , so good. Make sure you buy some to get home.
Local ice cream with the milk tea flavor is one of a kind!

Vinson1110During a recent stay with my family at a hotel that had its share of both merits and drawbacks, we found several aspects worthy of note.
The location proved to be quite convenient, situated 15 minutes by car from the nearest train station, 清遠站, and with a variety of popular restaurants and supermarkets merely 10 minutes away. Additionally, it takes around 30 minutes to reach 劍潭站 and 古龍峽, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The ease of hailing taxis and the availability of food delivery further enhance the overall convenience of this establishment.
The cost of accommodation is particularly appealing, priced at around HKD 170 per room per night for three guests, which is quite economical in the current market. The room itself was neat, tidy, and clean, though I did notice some dirt along the edges of the floor. It would also be wise for guests to bring their own towels, as the amenities provided are basic and do not include a refrigerator, limiting options for storing beverages.
For members of the hotel, a complimentary breakfast is offered for one person; however, it is advisable to manage expectations, as the breakfast selection is rather simple.
On a positive note, the hotel staff were generally friendly and accommodating, displaying a willingness to meet various requests, such as providing extra bottles of water and additional duvets—services that are not commonly found in more budget-oriented establishments.
In conclusion, while the hotel has its drawbacks, particularly regarding room amenities and breakfast options, its strategic location, affordability, and the helpfulness of the staff make it a reasonable choice for families seeking a convenient stay.

Anonymous UserThis is our top choice for a family-friendly hot spring hotel when traveling with kids, and it truly exceeded our expectations! The hotel's overall environment is clean and elegant, and the hot spring area is thoughtfully divided. There are shallow pools suitable for children and a constant-temperature play area, where the water is mild and gentle, keeping the kids entertained. The rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is soft, and they even provide children's toiletries and a small toy gift package – the attention to detail is evident everywhere. The food is light and palatable, with a dedicated children's menu. The staff are warm and meticulous, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Relaxing in the room after a hot spring soak creates a wonderful ambiance. It's a fantastic option for hands-free parenting, and we'll definitely be back for our next family trip!

Alice-XiaoThis hotel boasts a great location right by the lake. As soon as you enter the lobby, you're greeted with stunning lake and mountain views. It's about a ten-minute walk to the Baojing Palace scenic area, which offers activities like exploring a grotto, via ferrata, a glass bridge, and boating. The hotel itself has several swimming pools – an infinity pool, a kids' splash pool, and a quiet pool for serious swimmers. There's also a private hot spring area and a Biliu Cave. You could easily spend three days here without even leaving the hotel, and you can rent an electric scooter to get around. My kids absolutely loved it. The room size and facilities were also good.
On the downside, it was quite damp and stuffy, likely due to its location between the lake and the mountains. The cleaning staff even used a wet mop, leaving the floor very wet when we first entered. There was also standing water on the path to the pool that wasn't promptly cleaned, and an elderly person in our group fell and had to see a doctor when we got home. The service was also quite rough around the edges. Early in the morning, before we were even awake, a cleaning lady knocked on our door – not with the doorbell, but with her hand – insisting on asking when she could clean the room. After we complained, she didn't show up for the next two days. In summary, it's a hotel with a great location and good facilities, but the service quality is just average.

The facilities are modern, the environment is peaceful, and the soundproofing is excellent. The butler was very responsive and helpful, which I really appreciate. Parking is convenient, and the amenities are comprehensive. The water in the water park is very clean, and there are many facilities for children to enjoy. We will definitely come back again.
