Amazing
YY DarjeelingThe man who helped for check in was very professional and friendly, spoke French and English too which was great.
I asked for the tourist information at the desk too which was very clear and helpful.
The parking was easy in front of the hotel, a spacious room, a great choice for breakfast.
Cleanliness, in general was good, except a few spots on the floor in the bathroom was missed.
I will recommend to any of my friends.

EEl YStayed 2 nights here, and it was nice of them to upgrade me to a bigger room. About 30mins walk to Museum of Cinema / Egyptian Museum. It's great if one likes walking.

TTravel addict âïžAmazing stay in a great student campus. You have a study area, a gym, a nice clean room with high ceilings and a kitchen, communal living room spaces and even a tennis court! Definitely more than you need from a couple nights in the city. The area is very close to the Center, and the transport links are great. Buses get you to the city centre in 15 minutes while walking will take you more like 25-30 min. Also they have a large supermarket in the same building, which is super convenient as they have plenty of choice. But beware â thereâs a homeless guy nestling right by the supermarket (that street can get some dodgy action at night). As per the accommodation, the biggest community there is composed of students - all very welcoming and friendly. Receptionists and staff are also very helpful. Feels like a hotel. Recommend đđ»

AANJUI donât want to stay this hotel again.
I visited this hotel in April so itâs getting warmer, but a heater had been turned on and my room was extremely hot. So I tried to switch to cooling mode or to turn off the heating, but neither of them worked. Additionally, its outer wall was under construction so I couldnât let in some fresh air.
Another disappointment is the attitude of the stuff.
Good aspects of this hotel are that you can get a card for one free drink, have a clean room, good breakfast, a chocolate bar, and some drinks in your room.
I donât recommend to stay this hotel when the season changes and for travelers who want to enjoy staying at a hotel as a part of the trip.

GGuest UserVery nice staff, clean, nothing to complain about, and a great location.
Unfortunately, all this is spoiled by the lack of soundproofing, both between rooms and outside noise. A tram passes nearby, making you feel like you're on the sidewalk. I was in room 234; the parquet floor is extremely noisy, so be careful.
Despite the âŹ25 a night garage, take it as a guide, or you might get a nice surprise when you wake up, like me, with a broken window. Nothing was stolen; I think it was just a fan of French license plates.
Personally, I won't be going back.

Hotel Diplomatic offers good value for money, especially with its comfortable beds and quality pillows which made for a restful stay. The breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. However, some finishesâparticularly the flooringâcould use a refresh to better reflect the hotelâs 4-star rating. It would also be helpful to have insect screens on the windows, especially since the air conditioning is centrally controlled. While the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, it's still reasonable considering the price point.

KKGB77Nice enough hotel but located way too far from the centre if youâre relying on public transport. If you have your own car then itâs probably ok. Typical fairly basic Novotel hotel room. Relatively low occupancy when we stayed so didnât notice any neighbour noise. Tram line was undergoing repair work when we were there which made it very inconvenient to get to the hotel.

AAngelinaI loved my room, it had a great view from the balcony. I loved the power shower. The bedroom was clean, comfy and a good size.
I also loved it's location. I'm an invalid but I was able to reach the train station and all the lovely shops.
Breakfast was perfect for me. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
I will definitely promote your beautiful hotel. Also the living room was really beautiful and comfy.
