Great
ZZqqqqqqzuikeaiI didn't have high expectations staying here for an early morning flight, but I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable the room was. It's actually quite spacious. Although the pictures might look a bit plain, the room is really new and spotless, and I slept very well. You can pick up various toiletries in the lobby, which is a nice touch. The only downsides are that the hotel gets very busy. Unlike other hotels where the shuttle buses only have a few people, this one is always full. You need to get there at least 15 minutes early or you might not get a seat. Checking in also involved a bit of a queue, and I didn't try breakfast as it looked like there was a line for that too. Otherwise, everything else was great.
AAnonymous UserIt's about a 10-15 minute walk from Narita Station.
It may be difficult to get around for people with lots of luggage using Narita Airport, or families with small children.
It's a great location right in front of Naritasan Mountain.
The inn's shop was under renovation, and the convenience store near the station that we were directed to was open until around 8pm, so we ended up not being able to buy what we needed, which was quite frustrating.
We were told that the hot springs were open 24 hours a day, but that there was a charge after check-out. I wish they had explained this clearly beforehand.
It has the feel of a good old-fashioned Japanese inn, and I would like to bring international friends who love Japanese culture here in the future.
YYansuijiangqiThe Narita Toyoko Inn offers a convenient airport shuttle service. If you're arriving at Narita Terminal 2, head to the central exit on the first floor; the shuttle picks up at stand 31-B. Breakfast is available at both the new and main buildings, and the times are clearly posted. The breakfast selection is varied and plentiful. They also offer a *Takkyubin* (parcel delivery) service, and there's a Lawson convenience store on the first floor of the main building. The rooms are set up in the standard Toyoko Inn style – simple and practical. The soundproofing is excellent; you can't hear any airport noise at all.
YY & GI stayed in a twin room in the West Wing. The decor was quite new, and both the room and bathroom were spacious. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash had a lovely scent. The best part was the free shuttle bus that runs between JR Narita Station and Aeon Mall, perfect for a day trip to Narita. Even though it rained all day, it didn't dampen my spirits as a tourist.
QqdfengluThe hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel itself is a bit old, but everything is still quite good. It's a great choice for a one-night stay if you need to catch an early morning flight.
GGuest UserThe location is good and there's a shuttle bus, but overall the hotel feels a bit dated. I saw on Ctrip that it was supposedly renovated in 2025, but that's not actually the case. Not all rooms have been renovated, and the cleanliness is just average. The lobby isn't big, but it's cozy. There's also a side lounge (Pic 4) where you can wait for the shuttle after checking out, and a 7-Eleven nearby which is convenient. Pic 3 shows the shuttle bus schedule, which is really handy.
GGuest UserGreat location, price, and service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's easy walking distance to the train station, where there are lots of restaurants, and it's right around the corner from a Lawson convenience store. The room was very comfortable. We stayed overnight inbetween flights and had a great evening in town before getting a good night's sleep and heading out in the morning for our domestic connection. It was such a lovely start to our holiday. They also have an airport shuttle bus that the staff said takes about 40 minutes, but the train is only 10 minutes so we took that instead for fun.
AAnonymous UserAccess from Narita Airport appears to be limited to Uber, so it may be a little inconvenient for those without a car. It's located away from the main road, so it's quiet. I was able to rest well. The gentle front desk staff were soothing.
I booked a twin room, but it turned out to be a triple room, which was very spacious.
I didn't use the large public bath or eat at the breakfast area, so I can't comment on that.
There is a coin laundry, which has a selection of Japanese manga.
There is some food for sale in front of the front desk, but it may not be enough, so I recommend buying some at the airport or a convenience store beforehand.
BBillbeauNice staffs. Walk 5-10 mins from station. Free breakfast from 5-8am. AC-Heat in room was good. Sorry quite low cost quality Shampoo & Bath, better prepare yourself. Water station on lobby G floor. Luggage scale provided at lobby.
SsiangyunI like the place. A house with a single car park. You need a car to drive there. Close to Narita airport. Suitable for family stay. You can go to nearest convenience shops, Aeon mall, Donki, temple attraction. Driving to central Tokyo takes 2 hours drive. You can rent this unit and drive to any park of Tokyo city.
