Great
GgoodgleThe hotel is conveniently located near the train station, and it’s about a 1 km walk to the walking street. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of food options. Check-in was smooth and fast, and the staff spoke good English. Amenities were well-prepared and easy to access, with a complete selection available for guests to pick up themselves. There is also a self-service drink station in the lobby with coffee and very matcha. A shuttle bus to Narita Airport is available every 30 minutes in the morning, but it must be reserved in advance during check-in. Additionally, there is a drinking water dispenser conveniently located near the elevators, which was very practical. Room size is bigger than Tokyo and acceptable. Overall is satisfied. About bed, It is a bit hard and pillow is not comfortable for me. It would be better if there is an offering on pillow selection choice.
AAnonymous UserIt's about a 10-15 minute walk from Narita Station.
It may be difficult to get around for people with lots of luggage using Narita Airport, or families with small children.
It's a great location right in front of Naritasan Mountain.
The inn's shop was under renovation, and the convenience store near the station that we were directed to was open until around 8pm, so we ended up not being able to buy what we needed, which was quite frustrating.
We were told that the hot springs were open 24 hours a day, but that there was a charge after check-out. I wish they had explained this clearly beforehand.
It has the feel of a good old-fashioned Japanese inn, and I would like to bring international friends who love Japanese culture here in the future.
AAnonymous UserThe new wing's facilities are quite good, but a common issue in both the new and old sections is that the shower water temperature control isn't very responsive; it's either too cold or too hot, which is quite annoying.
I'd like to specially commend a Chinese male staff member with glasses at the front desk. He was very dedicated and thoughtful. I came down to ask about facial tissues because I couldn't find any in my room. He not only told me where to find the spare tissues but also, just in case, went to the storage room to get a whole box for me. I really appreciate his help, as otherwise, if there were none in the room, I would have had to make another trip!
The shuttle bus service is very convenient. I'm sharing this for those who need it. One morning, there were only two minutes left before departure, and I was still in the elevator, feeling anxious. When I stepped out, I saw five or six smiling drivers and porters waiting there, with the luggage compartment doors open. It was a very reassuring sight 😌
AAnonymous UserThis location is close to airport Terminals 1, 2, and 3. It's less than a 30-minute bus ride. They offer a complimentary shuttle bus from the airport or Narita train station to the hotel. For early morning departures, the bus from the airport starts after 6 AM, with the last bus around 11:30 PM. You can check the hotel or bus schedules online.
GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay at Narita Center 2 hotel. It has a great location, good price, great staff and amenities, as well as super clean. We also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast! We would certainly book again!
NNRosley~Cleanliness is impeccable. Great for a night/layover
Twice i used this hotel if I'm doing any domestic flights in between Japan. As it's has free airport shuttle for hotel guests.
It does have scheduled timing to AEON shopping mall of your flight arrives in the morning it's good to catch the bus. Else just make do with the convenience store at the hotel lobby. (Got my sandwich/sushi/drinks from the store, closes at 2am of not mistaken)
Huge hotel, large capacity but a very well maintained one through years.
Amazing, if you ever fly into Narita airport i highly recommend to try & immerse yourself into this old classic building.
Worth the value for a night or two for a gd comfy rest.
** I bought the japan 🍈 from Kamata Tokyo and had carried it all the way via train into Narita..I wish to eat it before i leave for my flight following afternoon.. had asked reception staff to borrow a table knife so i could cut the melon unfortunately for safety reason they doesn't permit of such, hence i cut it into half with a wooden chopsticks and scoop the flesh off 🥄**
Ooshiiii 😋
Happy a precious, pretty looking melon didn't go to waste :D
AAnonymous UserAccess from Narita Airport appears to be limited to Uber, so it may be a little inconvenient for those without a car. It's located away from the main road, so it's quiet. I was able to rest well. The gentle front desk staff were soothing.
I booked a twin room, but it turned out to be a triple room, which was very spacious.
I didn't use the large public bath or eat at the breakfast area, so I can't comment on that.
There is a coin laundry, which has a selection of Japanese manga.
There is some food for sale in front of the front desk, but it may not be enough, so I recommend buying some at the airport or a convenience store beforehand.
LLeonThe location is super convenient, just around the corner from both Narita train stations. Naritasan Shinshoji Temple is a little over a kilometer down one road, which is a great spot, and there's delicious unagi (eel) rice nearby. The room isn't small and even has a bathtub.
SsiangyunI like the place. A house with a single car park. You need a car to drive there. Close to Narita airport. Suitable for family stay. You can go to nearest convenience shops, Aeon mall, Donki, temple attraction. Driving to central Tokyo takes 2 hours drive. You can rent this unit and drive to any park of Tokyo city.
