Wonderful cultural experience in this traditional yet nicely renovated Japanese Inn. Nice scenery from our room, delicious match tea and cookies, comfortable tatami to sleep in. nice and clean public bath, we appreciated the amenities especially the soft cotton. Areas for improvement would be the temperature and humidity, our room was too dry even with the humidifier on; would also be nice to have hand towels and children size causal kimono. Overall, we enjoyed our stay a lot, next time will try the meals.

We stayed here for one night specifically to visit the Shisui Premium Outlets. Although there's nothing much around except for a convenience store, the place is spacious and offers great value for money. The service is mostly self-service, which was actually quite convenient. Coffee and hot tea are available 24/7. The convenience store has a huge variety of items and is also open 24 hours. For breakfast, you can choose between the buffet in the main building or the lighter meal options in the new annex. The airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes, no reservation needed, and it's free – super convenient! 👍👍👍 It's a great hotel for a layover before departure or after arrival.

This made my stay much more convenient, especially when I wanted to explore the area. I was also impressed by the overall facilities and atmosphere of the hotel. Everything felt well organized and taken care of, and the common areas were clean and pleasant. The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent, and the staff always made me feel welcomed. Overall, I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The combination of excellent service, a clean and comfortable room, a convenient location, and a pleasant atmosphere made this hotel a great choice. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit.

It's my favourite airport in the world, being a big plane Spotter and aviation photography my requested room was fantastic with views over the end of the runway, very comfy bed for a great sleep and quiet, excellent bathroom, with fridge, the breakfast option is very good to have, pick up and drop off from the airport included, the staff where very nice and helpful, i will definitely come next time

This hotel is super convenient for getting around, being close to Narita Station. Plus, there's a Lawson convenience store right across the street, which is great for grabbing anything you need. The room itself was a bit small, but it was spotless and well-maintained.

Super convenient location, only 5 mins walk from the station. The room is huge compare with other Japanese hotels, super comfy. No need to worry where to find a place to eat as there are alots of choices to choose. The only downside maybe the washroom. The faucets are very old and not clean. But what you pay is what you get.

Another hotel option I’d highly recommend, especially for anyone with an early or late flight from Narita Airport. ✈️🇯🇵 The room was clean and comfortable, and getting there was very easy, just 3 bus stops, and you can walk directly to the hotel. There’s also a FamilyMart nearby, which is super convenient. One of the best things about this hotel is the free shuttle bus service to Narita Airport. 🚌✨ The self-check-in system was also very convenient and easy to use, making the whole arrival process quick and hassle free. Overall, a very convenient and practical choice for a stay near Narita Airport. 💕

Good hotel near Narita Airport The hotel was good and comfortable for a short stay. We chose this hotel because we had a flight from Narita Airport the next day, and for that purpose, the location was convenient. However, if you are planning to travel around Tokyo, this hotel is quite far from the city. But if it is your last day in Tokyo and you have an early or next-day flight from Narita, staying near the airport is a better option. Overall, it was a good choice for an airport stay.

The hotel offers a shuttle service to Narita Airport, with two buses an hour during peak times and one per hour at other times. The journey takes 15-20 minutes. The hotel itself is quite large and a bit old, and the cleanliness is just so-so. It seems they do a rather hasty job of cleaning, likely because most guests are just transiting and staying for one night, leading to a high turnover rate which makes thorough cleaning difficult. For food, your options are either the convenience store in the lobby or the hotel's own restaurant; there are no other choices. I heard there's also a free shuttle to Aeon Mall and JR Narita Station, where there might be more dining options. However, the downside is you'd have to wait for the shuttle both ways.

I like the place. A house with a single car park. You need a car to drive there. Close to Narita airport. Suitable for family stay. You can go to nearest convenience shops, Aeon mall, Donki, temple attraction. Driving to central Tokyo takes 2 hours drive. You can rent this unit and drive to any park of Tokyo city.
