Before the epidemic, I came to KC almost every year, and I stayed at this hotel every time. It is a minute drive from the airport 7-9, there is a shuttle, the environment is good, there are fewer places to eat around. Breakfast is normal Holiday Inn level, overall OK.

This room is very large, even with a kitchen, a dishwasher, - all kitchen utensils, and a full-body refrigerator. It is a long-lived configuration. The hotel was wonderful, the staff at the front desk could’ve been a little more friendly. They did their job, but just a little more on the customer service side and being more greeting and welcoming would’ve been nice… Otherwise the place was great!
