"Unfortunately, my stay was affected by a very concerning incident. I handed my luggage to the concierge for safekeeping, and when I received it back, I discovered that several personal items were missing, including a purse and a perfume. I immediately reported the matter to management and requested their cooperation in investigating what happened and reviewing the CCTV footage. I am not making any accusations, but the circumstances were extremely concerning, especially as the items went missing after my luggage was handed over to the concierge. This incident significantly affected my experience, and I would strongly advise guests to take extra care of their valuable belongings. للأسف، تأثرت إقامتي بحادثة مقلقة جدًا. سلّمت أمتعتي للكونسيرج لحفظها، وعند استلامها اكتشفت اختفاء عدة مقتنيات شخصية، من ضمنها شنطة يد وعطر. أبلغت الإدارة فورًا وطلبت تعاونهم في التحقيق ومراجعة كاميرات المراقبة. أنا لا أوجّه أي اتهام، لكن ملابسات اختفاء المقتنيات كانت مقلقة جدًا، خصوصًا أنها اختفت بعد تسليم أمتعتي للكونسيرج. هذه الحادثة أثرت بشكل كبير على تجربتي، وأنصح الضيوف بأخذ احتياطات إضافية مع مقتنياتهم الثمينة."

"I have never given such a bad rating to a hotel before but I feel like I’ve had such a bad experience and I need to share in order for others to not fall prey to this hotel. The property itself is a nice property with an amazing infinity pool view. Service at the pool was average but we let it slide. The room itself was ok (not too big) but the real issue came at night in the room (junior master suite) - the master switch to turn off all the room lights was faulty and every time we switched it off, the lights turned back on shortly after. We escalated to the night manager as we were unable to fall asleep at 12.40am and was told very candidly that they knew this room had this issue all along. We asked why they even sold this room if it caused issues and they said sometimes it was ok and we were unlucky that it was not ok this time around. Mind blown?! At this point of time it was 1am and we were given two choices - shut down the entire room’s electricity (which meant no air con for the night) or change to room. We had a early flight to catch at 5 am so we chose to change our rooms - we were given a small room next to reception which was clearly already used (blankets were on the floor, used towels in the sink along with used glasses). It was spooky but we were tired and had to wake up in 3 hours for a flight so we did not argue. There was a really spooky energy in both rooms (103 and 313) We left the next morning and are trying to seek compensation from the hotel for this. Will update. But please avoid this hotel if you can - or if not, at least these two rooms. I’m not sure if it’s a real “electrical issue” or other spiritual issues. AVOID."

"The hotel is utterly beautiful, very discrete and beautifully maintained. My husband and I spent four nights there this week and enjoyed every minute. It is extremely small, I believe catering to about 20 guests only and that is the beauty. My husband and I had the luxurious pool to ourselves most days before heading v in foot the few minutes to Santa Maria beach. The staff are wonderful and unobtrusive, cleaning your room when at breakfast do as not to intrude in any way. It was a thoroughly relaxing few days and regent we departed early morning the chef kindly laid on an early breakfast and presented us with freshly made biscuits before we left! A fantastic place that I shall return to very soon!"

Katerina is the most organised and best communicator from the day we booked until we left this morning she took care of everything, transfers, car hire, restaurant recommendations. Alongside Eleni, the housekeepers, chef and not forgetting’Father’ we just relaxed and enjoyed beautiful Paros. The view from the rooftop pool is incredible, breakfast wonderful, food and drinks by the pool - no problem, rooms spotless, fresh towels and even a mosquito machine for the room. "We had a wonderful stay at Orosea and there is so much to love. The setting is beautiful, the cocktails are excellent and the waiting staff throughout our stay were genuinely warm, attentive and a real credit to the hotel. On arrival, Nicolas was fantastic. He gave us such a warm welcome and immediately made us feel at home. My only slight concern was that, while taking the time to get to know us, our luggage was left sitting in the hot sun for quite a while, which wasn’t ideal. Where Orosea fell short was the housekeeping. The daily service and evening turndown didn’t quite reflect the standard you expect at this level. Each day the beds were made and fresh towels provided, but little else. We found ourselves having to ask for the bathroom sink to be cleaned and the vanity area tidied, which should really happen as part of the daily service. Likewise, towels left on our private terrace remained exactly where we’d left them rather than being neatly folded or replaced. The gym is a nice addition, but it also lacked attention. Used towels and sweat were often left for hours without being cleared, giving the impression that it wasn’t checked regularly. None of these are major issues in isolation, but they are exactly the details that distinguish a good hotel from a truly exceptional luxury hotel, and ultimately they’re what guests are paying for. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the warmth of the staff, particularly Nicolas and the restaurant team, left a lasting impression. With a little more attention to housekeeping and maintenance, Orosea could easily live up to its full potential."

"Everything was perfect! Dolce Vista is a very beautiful place with an amazing view, the apartments are very nice and clean (daily cleaning), well equipped and spacious. George is a great host, he was extremely helpful providing advice and support, and always present for our requests and questions. The breakfast was delicious, a very nice choice of salty and sweet food. We recommend this place 100%!!"

"Stayed in the junior suite. The bedroom was clean, well appointed and the bed comfortable. Kitchen and Bathroom/shower more than adequate. The great highlight however was the huge balcony/deck, impeccably appointed and offering a breathtaking view of the bay and the town of Paroikia. Many thanks to Pipina for the excellent hospitality in this most serene haven in the Aegean."
