"This is a hard one cause me and my girlfriend really like this place. But like some of the other 1-3 stars comments regarding the entrance and accessibility of it. Maybe the management could install more signs o along the roads. Or even send a tutorial on how to get there with photos (landmarks) or waza/Google maps links through WhatsApp. We would've appreciated if we were informed ahead of time about the additional entrance fee to enter kawah putih as well (we wasted another 1.30hours finding our way up). We really wanted to explore more of the area. But we're just too. Mentally tired to do so. Service wise... We booked the grand cabin with hot tub. Our room had no Light (literally, the lightbars are missing). We called the technician/receptionist, but it still took them 30mins to arrive... Oh about the hot tub area, we stayed in cabin 27 (basically we're at the most front part). Theres actually not much privacy if you want to enjoy sometime in the hot tub. The cabins behind you can see moreless everything...Maybe you could plant more trees for privacy😂. Room rating wise. It was actually really nice... It really has everything I need and more... Bed and blankets all were great... But again I just find it hard to enjoy after that long and confusing drive. Summary... I think it worth it to try least once. But ya'll really have to do a lot of research especially on how to get up there (In order to not waste money, energy and ESPECIALLY your time)."
