Request for a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking room, because it was not confirmed by the application, said the receptionist, and the non-smoking rooms were full.

Over is very good, but the smoking area facilities for guests need the attention of the Management and Hotel Manager so that they can be improved, especially the restaurant area during breakfast and the corridors on the non-smoking room floors which smell of cigarette smoke.
