"Location - Awesome. Direct view of the majestic Kanchenjunga from room balcony. Rooms - HUGE They are actually Suites with a living room, bedroom, Bathroom with bath tub and 24 x 7 hot water (if there is electricity:( .....) Food - Very good food and pure Jain if required. Service time - Average. It took more than an hour to get food for 3 people as they prioritise buffets. Staff - Polite "

"It was an amazing trip for our family as we got refreshed over there due to the pleasant wether and neat, clean and gree atmosphere. I can’t for get the hotel Golden Sunrise in Pelling sikkim and their lovely behaviour. Me and my brother in law family were stayed in room# 902 and 903 for 2 night and 3 days. We find their services was very prompt and reasonable cost. No doubt, we will choose same hotel if visited Pelling again."

"In this property only view is excellent rooms apart from premium cottage are shabby and like lodge ..service is worst ..there cottages and dining room are 4 kms apart and they dont have golf cart ….there service is so bad that they will take 50 mins to deliever just towels or dishes …they dont have room service after 4 pm they dont have hot water for more then 5 mins …they dont refill dinner and breakfast once the container gets empty …there service staff Name :Normu yells at guest on top of her voice for refilling …over all dont visit this hotel they dont have facilities and they think they are taj group …dinner and breakfast only have few options not worth the money Room 3/5 Service 0/5 Staff 0/5 Facilities 1/5"
