I've stayed at many guesthouses, and this one's rooms matched the pictures perfectly. The environment was very clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, and the facilities were complete. I highly recommend it; it's great value for money. Parking is never a problem, and I'll definitely come back next time.

The windows on the second floor, street-facing side of the guesthouse are not at all soundproof (they're old-fashioned windows). Starting at 2 AM, there was constant noise from vendors nearby, perhaps due to a market in the vicinity? Everything else about the environment was great, but I really couldn't get any rest. I wasn't informed about this issue during check-in, which negatively impacted my stay.

The guesthouse is located in Dengying Lane, spanning two very famous streets in Linhai: Ziyang Street and Chicheng Road. Just a few dozen steps to the left from the guesthouse is Ziyang Street, instantly making you feel like you're part of a touristy world; just a few dozen steps to the right is Chicheng Road, instantly making you feel like you're in the world of locals. It's a bit surreal. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. Although located in a residential alley, it was very quiet at night, and I slept soundly. The owner was also very helpful, sending me many local food recommendations on WeChat. Although I had done a lot of research beforehand, it couldn't compare to the experience of a local! For breakfast, based on the owner's recommendation, I bought some meat buns and savory soy milk at a nearby steamed bun stall. I didn't expect the steamed buns from such a breakfast stall to be so flavorful and delicious. If I come to Linhai again, I will definitely stay here again; the experience of traveling between two worlds, one ancient and one modern, is truly amazing.

The room was very clean, and the hotel service was very good. I was supposed to check out before 2:00 PM, but after explaining the situation to the front desk, I checked out at 2:30 PM. The only problem was the soundproofing was a little poor. Last night after 3:00 PM, there were still men and women chatting and laughing next door. Otherwise, there was nothing to complain about. Originally a business hotel called Dazhong Hotel, it seems they changed the name to 7 Days Hotel. The interior was rather unpretentious, reminiscent of old Chinese invitations, but the receptionist was incredibly kind. It's located just off the main tourist area, surrounded by many local eateries, and I really liked the atmosphere.

If you want to visit Laihai, you can climb the Great Wall from East Lake to Range Rover Gate and then to Ziyang Ancient Street and then slowly walk back to the hotel. It is on the 11th floor and registration is on the 12th floor. It's not far from Taizhou Fucheng and Ziyang Street. If you don't want to find a parking space, just take a taxi. The room is clean, comfortable, large in size, and has a sense of technology, but the toilet has a bit of a smell. There are welcome fruits and souvenirs when you come to the hotel, which is very considerate. Overall, I am satisfied.
