WOW. What an amazing hotel. Get the room with the personal onsen and make sure your reservation includes breakfast and dinner for the best experience. The location is serene. The room is clean. The staff is polite and helpful. The FOOD is amazing. The onsen is relaxing. The beach is nearby. Definitely hoping to visit again.

The hotel's value-added services are very considerate. From when the guests leave the car to when they return to the hotel room and then to the restaurant, all the employees do their best to serve the guests. The meal is full and delicious. Thank you again for your thoughtful arrangement for me and my two friends. I also wish your company a prosperous business. I will also introduce your hotel's services to other friends and recommend that they stay at your hotel!

Very nice hotel with beautiful sea views from the rooms. If you get a chance, get the room with the private onsen on the balcony which is amazing. The public onsen also has an outdoor area with a great view of the sea. The staff were super friendly, helpful and I can only recommend this hotel. About 20 - 25 mins walk to the left of the hotel, you'll also have great views of Mt. Fuji if the weather is good.

The cleanliness is terrible. I slept on the dirty sheets for a whole night and my hands got allergies from it. None of the customer service staff spoke English. When I told them, they only had a translator phone in my face, saying they didn't understand and couldn't accommodate us. They lied to us, saying all the rooms were fully booked, but I didn't see a single guest soaking in the public hot springs, morning or night. The price is too high. After we booked the hotel, they slashed the price in half. I contacted customer service, and they said their rooms are non-changeable and non-cancellable, and the room type is randomly assigned. I read reviews online saying that every room comes with a hot spring and dinner, but I ended up spending 16,000 for a filthy room without meals or a private bath. This is the worst hot spring hotel I've ever been to, so please be cautious when booking.

Stayed in a high-rise Japanese-style room with sea view. The room was really spacious. The sea view terrace had a view of Suruga Bay and the scenery was beautiful. The food in the restaurant is of good quality and the hotel staff are very attentive. But the only drawback is that the shower room is located outdoors. Since it was winter, I had to go to the large public bath to take a shower.

We booked a room with a hot spring pool, so we didn't have to go to the public hot spring at night. The hotel service was also very good. The receptionist was a very nice brother. Although we couldn't speak the language, he was still very enthusiastic to explain various matters. In the evening, I went to the 711 opposite to buy things and met the brother who was off work and greeted him. The sunset at the hotel is super beautiful, and Toi Port is just across the road. It is super convenient to take a boat to Shimizu, and you can also see the sea view on the boat!
