Amazing
AAnonymous UserOne of the staff is very attentive. The moment you open your room door, he already walked out from his station and ready to assist. The breakfast is simple yet nice.
AAppleKWonderful location walking distance to most of attractions in Marrarkech 10 minutes from Jewish Quarter, Palais Badi, Bab Agnaou, 10 - 15 minutes to La Koutoubia, Le Jardin Secret. However we got lost looking for the Riad when arriving the first day. It would have been helpful if more clear and detailed directions were given (not just a map) with the booking confirmation.
The Riad is very clean. Staff cleaned our room and changed towels everyday. Breakfast was simple but transitional and delicious, limited plastic packaging involved very environmental friendly - love it.
Overall we enjoyed our staying and definitely recommend anyone who are looking for Marrakech Riad experience.
AAngelleDidn’t know much about the Riad’s in Morocco but after the stay I understood the culture more. We arrived at night and couldn’t find the Riad for a while some locals helped us locate it through the alleyways (They did demand tips but we didn’t have enough small cash yet) It was scarier walking through the alleyways than it seemed but quite a chaotic main road. The inside was lovely couldn’t tell too much on arrival but the next day you could see the beautiful interior. Clean and accommodating. The host was friendly and recommend lots to do. The breakfast wasn’t for me but my friend enjoyed it
AAkmama cheungThis raid hotel is beautiful landscape, the reception ladies are lovely and helpful. But one of the bar restaurant staff seems only like to talk with Arab or French speaking customers. He was very annoying first thing I asked him about menu when I was waiting for my room to be ready at the bar, he totally forgot my request he was talking with 2 French guests, second day he shouted me out when I was take a photo due to I didn’t know the place was a terrace for a guest room which was no sign or gate closed, I was feeling I m so uncomfortable and unwelcome. Anyway, the room is fine but the service is definitely not 5 stars
GGuest UserStaff and hotel we couldn’t fault. The staff were so helpful nothing was too much trouble we got two phone calls to check all was okay. Highly recommend both the restaurants. Salah extremely friendly kept us hydrated whilst chilling around the pool.
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and well taken care of. Check-in was quick and smooth, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional.
GGuest UserHôtel très bien placé dans la médina.
Chambres typiques à la déco authentique.
Très bon petit déjeuner sur la terrasse.
Personnel à l' accueil charmant et disponible.
On a adoré.
Ggreenberry323Cleanliness
There are two blankets on the bed, and you sleep sandwiched between them, but the blankets are not washed. They are just folded and set up every morning. Of course, there are no sheets, so I think this is a place for people who don't mind. The living room, shower room, and toilet were old but clean.
Location
It is within walking distance from the old town. It is difficult to get there, but it is easy once you get used to it. The streets of Marrakech are like a maze, and I think it is difficult to get to any of the accommodations, so there is no particular downside to the score.
Service
It is a riad, and the relaxing space on the rooftop was nice. It was a clear day in February, about 22 degrees, with a gentle breeze, and it was very comfortable. The living room was also nice.

I didn't mind it, but
the top bunk of the bunk bed had an unfixed ladder, a low fence only 7cm high, and was about 2m high, so I don't think it would be suitable for people with a fear of heights.
I had a fun stay because I could play with the cats.
GGuest UserThis request was also kindly accommodated. The hotel is located in a somewhat winding alleyway, which may make it feel a little scary, but it is easy to access the souks and squares on foot.
We were kindly responded to this request. It's in a slightly complicated alley, so you may feel a little scared, but it's easy to access the souks and squares on foot.
