We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is beautiful, and the owners are incredibly kind and helpful. The location was very convenient for us, as all the sights are within cycling distance. We highly recommend this accommodation.

A very friendly family runs this small homestay. We felt very comfortable. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. A delicious breakfast was also provided, and if the weather is warm enough, you can use the pool. Otherwise, it's also pleasant to relax on the sun lounger in front of the pool. Many thanks to the whole family who run this homestay and ensured we had a wonderful stay.

Family business, very nice, very kind Nice house, Good atmosphere Well placed, calm street, near Ninh Binh city center, and in between Ninh binh's north and south activities. Clean room, restroom, shower... Nice view from the rooftop 👌

Right across the train station. The owner and staff are very friendly and hospital. However the amenities are old and cleaniness is lacking
