The service was truly outstanding. Although the hotel is a little old and the room facilities are not quite up to four-star standards, the staff were absolutely first-class—so kind and attentive that I felt truly warmed by their care. I even left something behind, and they quickly returned it to me with great thoughtfulness. On top of that, I really loved the free DIY spa—it was such a thoughtful and delightful touch. The breakfast was also very thoughtful and delicious, a wonderful way to start the day.

Excellent hotel with fantastic service. We were offered a welcome drink right upon arrival at the parking lot, and the hotel surroundings were impeccably clean.

Good hotel in the downtown, easy to get to any places

So pleased with the hotel services and hospitality. Phatthalung is a very laidback town but the smiles, warmth and helpfulness of the staff really made our trip a good and memorable one. You can ask the staff to make arrangements for sightseeing. The water pressure for the shower is good. AC in room was super powerful and cooling. Bed was comfy to sleep and the bathroom and toilet size is quite big. Towels were clean. Bathing gel and shampoo were provided. Location of hotel is near the main road but slightly of the main road which makes the room very quiet and peaceful. We were checked in early and checked out late on request without any problem. We were given a welcome drink and another drink when we have checked out while waiting for our transport to come. There were 3 bicycles which are free for hotel guest to use. I will definitely choose to stay here again if I revisit Phatthalung again.

This is an excellent hotel, centrally located. The staff are lovely, and it has a lift. Room rates are very affordable, making it perfect for both business and leisure trips.

My initial impression upon arriving at the hotel was one of pleasant surprise. I had expected a hotel in this price range to be quite ordinary, but I was genuinely impressed when I got here. The location is excellent – you step right out into a bustling area. The facilities are decent. However, the restaurant's food selection was a bit limited. There was one downside: the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great. You can hear people entering and exiting their rooms on every floor quite clearly. All in all, it's pretty decent.

Best location to train station and local wet market. The hotel staff are very polite and friendly.

Plenty of parkings for those that driving to Patthalung. There are eateries outside with just walking distance.

A really fine hotel bang smack in the middle of the town. Eateries within walking distance. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. You're provided a welcome drink upon arrival. Ample parking and the rooms are spacious and clean.

Old refurbish hotel but in good condition. Convenient location and good hospitality.
