Coco Island Retreat Phu Quoc Reviews

This place is amazing, the rooms and amenities are exactly like the pictures you see on their ads. However, the location is tricky. You are in a quiet part of the island but you are also quite far from restaurants which makes it quite convenient to stay put in the resort and eat there. The problem? The food is quite overpriced and the vegetarian options were quite average. The portions were small and a bit tasteless, which is common in Vietnam as a whole. Although you have access to the ocean, it is not a beach (and there are none in walking distance)! If you are happy to stay put, or drive 40min each way to Phu Quoc town, then you are in the right place. Oh, although the staff is very friendly they do not speak English and basic communication is hard (also common in Vietnam as a whole)!

This is a stunning hotel with brand new facilities and meticulously maintained flowers and plants. There's a cute cat and several chubby dogs on site, making them incredibly friendly. Cleanliness is excellent, the towels are fragrant, and the quilts are fluffy and comfortable. The pool is large, with varying depths and a beautiful infinity edge. Lunch and dinner are available at the restaurant, with prices ranging from around 70-100 per person. The hotel offers one free airport transfer, which you'll be notified of upon check-out. If the weather is nice, be sure to catch the sunrise while you're here!

Apart from being remote, the hotel is quite quiet and offers free airport transfers. However, one of the curtains in the room fell down, letting in light at daybreak. There are no restaurants nearby, so it's best to rent a car for travel. A one-way taxi to the town costs 270,000 dong.

This is Phu Quoc Island's most popular hotel, with excellent service and plenty of options for breakfast. It's a bit out of the way, though. It's a great place for a getaway. It's currently a low-budget hotel, so the price is very good.

Service: Absolutely fantastic! Environment: No downsides except for the lack of a beach. Hygiene: A completely natural environment, very clean, and the rooms are spotless. Fresh, free coconuts are provided daily, and the pool is cleaned almost daily as well.

This room is really good, it is a good choice for vacation, swimming and eating are very convenient. The breakfast is very rich.
