Overrated hotel. The quality of services, amenities, furniture is very average. No hot water most of the day and night. I do not recommend visiting the restaurant except for breakfast. The quality of the food is very low, especially when there is no chef. The prices for food and drinks are at least twice as high. Good staff. Old rooms that need renovation.

Not a bad hotel on the first line. Situated on a slope, which gives all bungalows the opportunity to have a sea view. The staff is responsive, trying to solve any issue that arises. Breakfasts are not very varied, but delicious. There is nothing nearby, only jungle, but 300-400 meters away there is a local street with cafes and massages, you can take a bike for free at the reception and go there.

Pros: excellent location, well-furnished room, kayaks, the beach is just super, Green area, medium-sized swimming pool, friendly staff.
Cons: essentially no internet, no ventilation in the room, strange pricing in the restaurant, there was no champagne for the New Year.

Stayed here twice: my first time in Feb 2024 and second time in the first week of April. Managed to get B02 for both visits - it’s a cute little beachfront villa with a private toilet, comfy bed and a working TV (they managed to fix it after I complained last time). The room was clean with a functional aircon but prone to mosquitos; bring a mosquito repellent if you can. The days were spent snorkeling and lounging on the beach, sunbathing without a care in the world. While I spent most of the time eating at the restaurant, it’s actually cheaper to eat outside with way tastier food. Not sure what happened but the food wasn’t that tasty during the second stay. Will definitely come back to Ancarine as the staff are truly lovely: Hien (who remembered me from last year), the manager Ms Ngnh and the front desk. See you next year!
