The hotel is in a great location. You can see the sea view and sunset from the balcony of your room, and you can also see the cable car to Xiangdao passing overhead. What I like most is that you can watch the fireworks show from the balcony of your room at night. The hotel breakfast is also great, with a wide variety. The only small regret is that we went to the front desk to check in very early in the morning, which was too early. We left our luggage at the front desk and also discussed with the front desk staff that we had booked 3 rooms and needed to be on the same floor because we were traveling with my parents. The front desk staff also said it was okay. But unexpectedly, when we came back from visiting the attractions that night, we found that our 3 rooms were separated. They had forgotten what we had discussed with the front desk staff before! It was really speechless...
Solea satisfied me so much that I was lazy to go out and do my activities. The hotel room was superb. From the time you step on their property, the customer service is beyond your expectations. housekeeping will clean and replenish the room. All my personal things left untouched. The staff at the restaurant were so hospitable. I felt like a princess whenever they serve my breakfast. I loved their pho too. And also, you can watch the fireworks at their rooftop! Moreover, all compliments to all especially Nhu, the receptionist, who became my friend. She is so warm and nice. I will be back and will bring my family there.
They welcome you very nicely ..during your stay they guide you nicely ..but the free shuttle service they didn’t take us back to airport.and pretend like we were late for 2-3 min ..even we have small baby of 7 month we try our best to be on time ..they promise us last night before check out that we were only guest to go back to airport..so don’t trust them on hotel free shuttle service.other overal every thing was nice

The hotel is new, conveniently located to the beach (3 minutes), the room has water, a kettle, coffee bags and mugs. Mini bar is paid. The only thing I didn't like was that my room had a window, but it overlooked a blank wall 30 cm from the window. Breakfast is in a cafe on the other side of the building, they give you a coupon at the reception. The breakfast is modest, but you can live. Of the fruits, there was dragon fruit and watermelon. What does not apply to the hotel - the area is new, there are many empty rooms, in the evening like a dead city, very few cafes and shops. Prices, accordingly, for everything are higher than on Long Beach. Fruits are sold only in the store, the price for them is 3 times higher. In the evening, there is nothing to do in terms of entertainment, movement. The beach is beautiful and the sea seems more transparent and clean, but the entrance is like in Anapa. All sun loungers are paid and cost a lot and what I didn't like in early March - a strong wind was constantly blowing, there were waves, although at the same time the sea on Long Beach is calm.
This hotel is amazing. Clean, new, beach.
Very friendly hosts, help with any questions.
There is little infrastructure around, so few people - very cool. It is perfect for those who have a bike and can go to eat or have fun in the city. We really liked everything.
My family and I stayed at Sunset Town for two nights and had a fantastic experience! The accommodations were well-equipped with a microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, and iron, which was very convenient. Since we were a large group, they arranged connecting rooms for us, making access incredibly easy. The location is excellent, with motorcycle rentals nearby, so getting around was hassle-free. We booked a sea-view room and could even enjoy splendid fireworks from the balcony at night – the views were beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was attentive, and it offered great value for money. It's highly recommended for families or friends traveling to Phu Quoc!
The receptionist was so helpful. We ordered 3 room and got the 4 free ticket for Hon Thom island. Its really worthy price for breakfast included room and free ticket. Breakfast was in other small restaurant but it was nearby. They drove us. Hotel was in good location near to night market of sunset town. You can exchange and rent a bike from this hotel. Next day we visited to the Hon thom island
Everything was fine.
Not recommending breakfasts they are poor and not good quality. Coffee is disappointing in fact it’s an instant one. One girl on the reception doesn’t speak English or doesn’t want to help, as several times I used Google translator to Vietnamese and the girl always pretended that she didn’t understand.
The view from roof was amazing.

Outstanding
MMimi yyThe room was very clean, the host was very welcoming, the view was great, and all the facilities were new. It was excellent value for money.
GGuest UserI loved everything, a very comfortable stay. I thank Felix for his support and help, I highly recommend him – you won't regret it. It's a very beautiful city, with shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Everything is within walking distance. I'll definitely be back!
MMariapopova06We came to relax right after the cable car, as we were with children. In the morning we left our luggage and went to the water park, in the evening we returned, the luggage had already been left in the room. They say that the fireworks are visible, but we decided to go closer and watched from the shore. The area is quiet, the houses nearby are empty. And in the hotel itself, few rooms were occupied. There is a washing machine, a microwave, all the necessary utensils. The only thing is that on the day of departure from early morning they started drilling something ((. There was a renovation on the first floor. And the air conditioner in the bedroom worked very poorly
GGuest UserThe hotel is located somewhere in 5-7 minutes walk from the supermarket Select. Well, that is at the very end of the embankment. To HON Thom from the hotel go minutes 20-25.
I'm well arranged. It's quiet here, lots of cheap coffee shops good
Service is good. Not liked that the key from the safe is given, it can be easily lost, more convenient code locks
KKY LimThe Turquoise Suite, one of only 15 in the most beautiful JW Marriott, truly lived up to its reputation. We had a delightful two-night stay. The hotel's decor is themed around a retro French university, with each building having its own unique character. Overall, the hotel service was quite good; every time I called for a buggy, it arrived in under five minutes (basically, I'd call and head downstairs).
Compared to another luxury brand in Phu Quoc, while drinks and snacks in the room aren't complimentary (if you're a heavy drinker, just pick the other one) and the pool/beach staff are less proactive, JW offers many more options for dining, entertainment, and activities, making it much more engaging. One thing not often recommended on Trip.com is using the JW app for a treasure hunt-like game, scanning QR codes at 48 spots within the hotel (I've attached a photo of my completed game). This allows guests to explore the entire 'university' in depth, which I personally found quite interesting. The Pink Pearl restaurant is also excellent. Finally, I'd like to thank the hotel for arranging complimentary transport to our next destination. Thank you. If I visit Phu Quoc again, JW will definitely be my first choice.
If I had one suggestion, it would be to add a dressing table to the suite, so one wouldn't have to do their makeup in the bathroom.
GGuest UserThe location is very good, the front desk is very polite, there are two large beds. This building is very beautiful, and the balcony is also very beautiful. The bathroom is divided into dry and wet areas, and there are massages downstairs, which is very convenient.
GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from the beach, cafes and supermarkets are nearby. The room is clean, the towels are snow-white. One but, or rather 2: the window faces the wall and there are no closets, there are only open shelves with hangers. We only booked for one night, so it is not scary, if for a long time, then it is not very convenient. Thanks to the staff, everyone is responsive.
GGuest UserPros:
Overall, our stay at Roma Hotel was pleasant. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a makeup mirror. As a delightful gesture, the hotel waived the extra person charge for my youngest son, who had just celebrated his 6th birthday.
The location of our room was ideal, offering a fantastic view of the nighttime firecracker show. From the balcony, we could also enjoy the breathtaking sight of the deep blue sea and the Hon Thom cable car. The breakfast spread offered a variety of choices, and the taste was satisfactory.
Cons:
Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication regarding the free cable car tickets included in our booking. I had made the reservation last year when the promotion for complimentary tickets was active, meaning we were still eligible this year. However, upon our arrival at 4:30 PM, we were informed by the receptionist that the tickets could only be redeemed before 3:00 PM on the day of check-in.
This meant we couldn’t claim the tickets for the next day and had to wait until March 17th instead. Since we had already planned and booked tickets for the safari on that day, this was quite upsetting. Despite having contacted the hotel multiple times via email about this issue, the policy was never mentioned.
Thankfully, Ms. Quyen, the hotel supervisor, resolved the situation by personally covering the cost of complimentary tickets for us. We were incredibly grateful for her help and deeply appreciated her efforts to make things right.
FFamilyManALHad a great stay overall! The place has nice facilities like a pool and gym. We loved the great view—could even see fireworks from our balcony! Location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk to Sunset Town. For the price, it’s excellent value with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, balcony and an open kitchen plus dinning & living area giving us plenty of space and flexibility. The only drawback is its weak water supply. But the soundproof, WiFi, air conditioning are great!
Huge thanks to Phuong from customer service for her prompt and friendly assistance throughout our stay.
We’d love to visit again and definitely recommend this to any family wanting more space or travelers who want to relax and enjoy the fireworks over Sunset Town without the crowded streets.
SStevan AntonijevicCan’t give 5 to this one. It was okay, but…
I can name a good stuff first. - Very cheap price per night. It is very clean I must say. The stuff is really polite and they speak English. Breakfast was okay. It is a quiet place to be, no noise at all. The beach next to the hotel is best ever. Beautiful, clean and not so crowded beach. Whole area is very clean and safe.
But there are a lot of small stuff that are not good. Most important thing: the market, massage place and a restaurant in the same Paralia building are overpriced. They charge double and even triple price for some stuff. If you go to other beach, or to Phu Quoc town, you can see the normal prices. Renting a bike is 150k for one day. But if you go to the main street of island, you can rent it for 60-80k. Room was very very small, two beds and a small passage between. Soap and shower gels are tiny, you can literally use it for once or twice and it is gone. Telephone is not working. They will give you the towels for the beach, but those towels are totally torn apart and full of stains. Hotel is placed in the new made “European city” which is totally empty. Nothing around it. There are 50 buildings there, but only 10 of those are active.
All in all, if you like a quiet place, not crowded, you can check this hotel and this part of the island. But if you stay a couple of days on the island and explore everything else. You can see there is a better offer around.
