5 perfect days in here. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and tidy room. Free access in cildren daycare every day from 9am-6pm, free chocolate hour every day from 3.30pm-4.30pm and free airport pick up/ transfer.The chocolate and cheese cake is so delicious. There are more than 5 ice cream flavours to buy. I bought vanilla and matcha. Both were so good! I am requested to get a room and a beautiful sunset view to celebrate my anniversary but wasn't expected to be fulfilled with warm greetings via wish card, a romantic swan towel and roses deco on bed, and there was a surprise of a delicious chocolate mousse cake too in the chiller! Iron and iron board upon request. The hotel provide a tote bag to use for free along the stay. I have tried their signature coffee. I like it. So refreshing! Hotel also provide a water cooler on the ground floor to refill a drinking water. I am also use their laundry service and satisfied with the service provided. The hotel has a universal plug, and therefore you don't need an external adapter. Btw, the hotel will charge you a deposit VND1million/day and i paid for VND4millions for 5D4N using wise card. The money will be refund less than an hour after check out. I am suggested to use wise card rather than use credit card that will take 7-10days to refund the money. This hotel is not halal because the breakfast provided is mixed with non-halal food. Our only food choice is boiled eggs. maybe the hotel can separate halal food because there are some foreign tourists from other countries who also have problems eating breakfast. Overall, we were satisfied staying here and fully recommended.

Beautiful, quiet resort along Ong Lang beach. Hotel breakfast and services are excellent. The distance to town takes 15 minutes by Grab and the hotel to the airport takes 30 minutes. The nearby hotel has nothing much, but you can order grab food if needed. The sea view from the room is gorgeous. I will recommend this hotel to my friends & family who are coming to Phu Quoc.

Beautiful resort. Lovely staff and facilities, location on the beach is perfect. The room was wonderful!! Spa is great. Pool is lovely. Although kids splashing around the pool bar and jumping from the upper pool to the lower pool is annoying. Breakfast was great, the food for lunch and dinner could be improved slightly with more local dishes. The entertainment in the evening was nice for one night but it was the same man playing the same songs on the guitar every night. Maybe a local dance group or traditional music would be a good idea.

The room that they assigned to us was wonderful! Walked a few stairs down and we had the beach and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from the bed. A few cons were that we ordered for a bucket of ice and they charged us 50K vietnamese dong, we obviously thought it was free of charge so we were startled by this kind of service. Also, the staff had an attitude that they didn’t seem to talk or accommodate you, they seemed forced to be there and try to smile forcefully. It wasn’t a pleasant experience to ask for things or questions. When you pay for something like this you do expect everything to be top notch. The sunset restaurant’s menu had a 30% surcharge during Chinese New Year, and the fish and chips was literally fish fingers instead of a fried cod, so we were shocked. Also the location is quite a walk from other nearby restaurants, so if you want to get around, you have to rent a bike or call a grab.

It was really great full for this resort. When i arrived at this resort that i knew booked wrong date to stay. Luckely, they solved our problem so easily and even they arranged more  expensive and sea view room. Also staff were so friendly and meal was tasty. Everything there was really great experience. By the spa was also really great and they had discount for ladies.  Definitely i advise you to stay at this resort. Everything was perfect. I like to thank again to the staffs.  Best of Luck🙂 Hally

I really liked the hotel! It is located in a quiet place, there are many cafes nearby where you can enjoy delicious and inexpensive food and a lot of spa. If you rent a bike, you can easily get to any point on the island. Or use the free bus, the stop is within walking distance. The hotel has two swimming pools. I was lucky and there were few guests at the hotel during my stay, so I swam in the pools completely alone! Very polite and nice staff. The room was cleaned every day. Very beautiful territory. It feels like you are living at your grandmother's in the village! You don't want to leave here at all.

Overall, this hotel is good! Pros: - peace and quite, nice hotel environment for relaxation. - Pleasant staff, even when we check out, a staff comes to our room door to help us grab our baggage to the reception counter. - Spacious room, toilet and bath room (both shower and bath tube available). - 2-king sized beds, great! - Free airport transfer, better email the hotel directly to make your request at least one day in advance. - It’s a small scaled resort, but reasonable varieties of choices in breakfast. - Free minimal water for refill. - Welcome drink and fruit at room - free bike rental Cons: - the resort is located in a very remote area, like inside a village. Many taxi drivers not sure the location, so many times they lose their ways to the hotel. - Actually, not recommend for 1-2 girls to book this hotel, its remoteness is really a big concern, both day time and night time! - I feel scared in the toilet and shower area, because they install something like mosquito net only in window areas. That means I can see through outside, vice versa. I wonder I may see some eyes starring at me when I shower at night…. Scary! - Their hot water tap takes over 15 mins for heating, wasting lot of water to wait for shower… - Eco-friendly hotel, they provide plastic reusable sandals, so better bring your own sandals if needed

We were truly impressed by the hospitality andf attention to detail. They made our stay extra special and I can honestly say that we would go back to it. This beautiful resort has its own private beach and it's absolutely breathtaking. The food could dfo with variety but the breakfast was delicious. We travel a lot and this is definitely one of our favourite places of all times. The staff was absolutely amazing and super helpful and friendly. It was our anniversary and they surely pull out all stops. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Make sure to go for the snorkeling...the guide is great and very professional and fun. The room was quite clean, and the breakfast was quite rich. The hotel was not very big but it was quite comfortable, but it was quite remote. You could only eat in the hotel, and you couldn't walk out to eat on the street. If you wanted to go out, you had to take a taxi or rent a motorcycle. Ask the front desk if they could help you rent one. Please note that the water in the hotel refrigerator is charged, but the hotel also has 2 bottles of free water in the bathroom every day. In addition, the hotel's massage service ends at 6 o'clock and there are very few seats. If you want a massage, remember to make an appointment in advance. We added the contact information at the front desk for easy communication.

1. Cons. The bed mat is really hard. The bathroom is not soundproofed on the upper and lower floors, so you can hear unwanted noises from the other person. Interfloor noise and the sound of the door closing are a bonus. The water in the sink smells like iron, and the shower filter is installed by itself, so you have to fix it yourself. There is a lot of dust in the gaps between windows and ceiling fans. You can see dust accumulated in places you can't reach. 2. Pros The breakfast was very good. The pool and garden are very well maintained. Hot water comes out well when you shower. In conclusion, if you only use a single-story building or one of the upper and lower floors, It's very good. There's nothing you can do about the smell of the water in the sink. Since it's an old place, this problem isn't unique to this place, so just brush your teeth with bottled water and bring a shower filter to wash the rest. Although the pros seem to be less than the cons, the pros themselves are very high quality for a cost-effective hotel, so I personally would visit again.
