Close to beach, good staff, would recommend and stay again.

Good hotel and good location, 5 minutes to the beach, very good, kata beach has the most beautiful sunset. The room is very big and toilet also big. They offer free water courtesy and a minibar with many snacks to buy, that was very helpful

really really comfortable but not as close to the sea as i expected

great hospitality provided by the kind staff, they do scooter rental for discounted prices too, daily housekeeping was much appreciated. only downside is the number of mosquitos outside the room

A very nice hotel@,@ If you are catlover， the Katat leaf hotel is a good choice. There are many lovely and friendly cats and The hotel staff are friendly and courteous.

Pro: 1. The staff are friendly and helpful. 2. Location near to Kata beach. 3. Near to Central Food Market where you can get Dinner for budget prices. 4. Good looking outdoors. 5. Quite 6. Near the Blue bus station that fetches you to Phuket Town 7. Lent you Beach Towel for free. Cons: 1. Quite a distance to 7-11, attraction near Kata (unless you have bike), Smart Bus 2. The building is quite old, thus basic amenities are also quite old (sink, fans, etc) 3. Mosquito, and small centipede (killed 1) and small cockroach (found 1) Summary: If you only need a place to sleep (a lot of outdoor activity), and on a budget, is it a good place to stay.

My check-in was quick and no fuss at all, the staff were friendly & helpful. The room was simple and clean but very spacious. Wifi, TV and all electronics worked. There's even a minibar. I got the last room on the ground floor, which had a view of the mini fish pond and a porch/balcony. I also got greeted by their cat :) The only thing that spooked me a little was a creaking sound that woke me up in the middle of the night; thought it was the cat sleeping my front porch and might have chair at first... went out to check at 5am there was no one. Unsure where the sound came from, but anyway, it didn't keep me up too much. Overall, it's a decent place for a short stay and value for money. Forgot to take pics.

Cockroaches and Mosquitos the staff is extremely unprofessional and not trained to deal with foreign guest. The lady who manages is the rudest person imaginable. Stay away the reviews are not accurate and don’t express the reality . The restaurant food is terrible it made me ill for a few days .I should’ve not booked there reading a review of a couple with an infant that was treated rudely and asked to leave ! The same happened to me ! Beware of the unhinged lady manager !

I had interesting stay here at Kata Leaf. My room was 10 I had great view by windows. Location is great, food at the Kata Leaf restaurant is very good. There are a lot of cats and chirping geckos that sounds like bird :).

A very good, budget-friendly accommodation option located 5 minutes from the beach. We received a free room upgrade, which was a very nice touch. The hosts and staff are very friendly.

Overall, it's not bad for the price, but there were ants, so I had to buy poison at a mini market. Overall, it's fine if you don't plan to sit in the hotel all day.

Conveniently located within walking distance of Kata Beach, the staff is friendly, cleaning is done daily, linens are clean, and the pillows are fantastic. It's spotlessly clean, with no pets. The room is cozy, authentically Thai and unpretentious. In my opinion, it's perfect for an unpretentious guest. The only downside is the bathroom: the water from the shower head spills all over the floor and takes a long time to drain into a small hole. The toilet and sink are all clean. The owner's toilet and sink guidelines are excellent. The hot water from the tankless heater worked perfectly, and the air conditioner is quiet when working. The grounds are very well maintained, with no noise from the street or other guests. We're happy with the room (minus one star for the shower).

Everything is good, a good paid minibar. The downside is that it smelled bad after cleaning, unpleasant cleaning products are used

If you are a sophisticated tourist and are used to living in hotels, this is not the place for you, but the bed is clean, the room is clean, they give you a towel for the beach, there is shampoo gel.... There is a parking lot for Baikov in the yard...
