Hotel a little bit far from Karon village, you need a bike to reach there, calm, located on a hill so you need to be physically able to climb it, you may see some insects in the room or nearby the door, AC make noise when turning ON, old TV, and sink in the toilet is not working well.

One of the best hotels i have ever stayed in and the view is perfect. The service is top they are very polite and helpful. You will feel like home . One of the staff working there his name is JEE was very helpful and whatever you need they can help you with 😍😍😍

The view is amazing from the resort. Wide variety of breakfast. Not very new old rooms but no complaints for the money i paid. Staffs are welcoming. Small swim pool but best views!! I added one more night for my stay!!

Service was all good along with a pool with great view but the location was a real problem

I added Phuket to my Thailand trip as I wanted to enjoy the beach and sun. This hotel is quite nice, it’s located in the hills and has a nice pool. The only thing is that it’s about an hour from the airport and 20-30 minutes from the beach. They do offer free shuttle to the beach. I didn’t try any of the amenities. Also note that if you’re checking out at ridiculous time (like me at 4am) the front desk person is in the back and you might have to make a lot of noise to get someone to come out. I would book here if you have your own vehicle to take you places or if you’re looking for a little relaxing break. I’d probably actually visit again it’s really nice - one of the nicer hotels I’ve been too. Actually it was about 40-50 baht (one way) to get to local beach and town and around 200 baht to visit old Phuket town

There services & facilities are good but there location not for solo travelers

Loved the resort , we were a bit skeptical at first when we saw the reviews but it’s located in a very good location, but the only thing issue is that to go across you need to wait for a golf cart

Water cut, mosquitoes, construction sounds poor breakfast... Not really recommend, Except the view, All night through there were maintenance right next to me even though I complaint nothing changed caused me lack of sleep the worst hotel experience ever about "resting" Breakfast is contains heavily Indian food. There were not even a sausages to save Caucasian friends

The hotel was clean and spacious, and the variety of breakfast options was good! However, it would be better if they provided slippers. The bathroom amenities were quite limited; you need to bring your own toothpaste, brush, and handwash. While I was fine since I had my own amenities, having slippers would have been nice. Overall, I loved the hotel—it feels like you have your own villa! ❤️❤️ I would definitely recommend it if you're planning to stay near Kata Beach or Karon Beach, as the location is very convenient.

Nice peaceful place to stay

The location is bad - you should go to any beach (Karon or Patong) by taxi. The prices for tuktuk and taxi are very high. They have free shuttle to the beaches in the morning, but you need to return somehow. The breakfast is very good, variety of thai and vestern dishes, some good desserts they always have. The restorant is good, prices are high enough. The stuff is really nice and friendly. The swimming pool is very small. The room are good, but they don't care about cleaning floor and bathroom. Everything is dirty. All furniture is scruffy. I think the hotel needs to be totally repaired, it is extremely tired)

I booked the room called Deluxe but it’s too far from that . The door , toilet seat, shower, bed close were broken and a lot of ants in the room . We asked to fix at least toilet seat but nobody did anything. Location is 2 km from Karon and Patong but it’s not easy to take a taxi in the evening . The restaurant across the street and the road super dangerous but you can ask reception to take you there . Just restaurant view I like and stuff there was so helpful . Don’t recommend !

Location is amazing views are amazing. The whole place is amazing. Staff is very nice. The spa is very nice.
