Customer experience is really bad. I stayed for five consecutive days. In the afternoons of the first two days, I couldn't get in as soon as I swiped my room card and didn't enter it. Maybe because they were afraid that I would check out early, the front desk didn't tell me in advance. I have to make the guest angry, but the room card can be used normally for the next three days. I originally chose this hotel every time I went back, but the first time I stayed there after the new renovation, my experience was really bad. As the largest hotel in the county, we hope to be the face of the city and not be a hindrance."

Let’s talk about the shortcomings. The location is too remote. It is on the edge of Pingding County, far away from Yangquan City, and not in the county. There is nothing around except a private gas station. Bath water is a big problem. The water flow is relatively small, and the hot and cold adjustment is uneven. It is either hot or cold, so you can only take a quick shower. The air conditioner in a hotel or a residential building was roaring outside. I didn't notice it when I was watching TV or chatting in the room. After I turned off the lights and went to bed, the sound was so loud that it hit my ears, and I couldn't sleep at all for a while. There was a waiter at the front desk who had braids on his head. He was probably new here. It was understandable that he was not familiar with the business, but his attitude was not very good either. The hotel's outdoor signboard and website are called Pingrui Hotel, but when you go indoors, whether it's the sign at the front desk, the elevator, the TV, the door card, or the various logos in the room, it all clearly says Thank Inn Chain Hotel. I guess it used to be Shangkeyou, but I don’t know how long it took to change its name now, but the inside and outside are so inconsistent, which makes people feel very low, and I wonder how stingy this boss is."
