Two bottles of mineral water are provided every day and can only be given around 4pm. The service awareness is indifferent and they only want to save costs and make money. Customer experience is really bad. I stayed for five consecutive days. In the afternoons of the first two days, I couldn't get in as soon as I swiped my room card and didn't enter it. Maybe because they were afraid that I would check out early, the front desk didn't tell me in advance. I have to make the guest angry, but the room card can be used normally for the next three days. I originally chose this hotel every time I went back, but the first time I stayed there after the new renovation, my experience was really bad. As the largest hotel in the county, we hope to be the face of the city and not be a hindrance."
