Front desk customer service is good except a lady who looks tired with sour face upon our arrival time.Self laundry service is not available from 10 pm - 7am [ not travellers friendly ]. Breakfast is average. Free bicycle ride available. The personnel [ a lady & a man ] were very helpful of explaining how to utilise the Free bicycle ride service. 👍👍👍

Can't complain about this Hotel, from the price to the staff, room and service, my personnel give 10++++, you won't be disappointed if you stay here. I spent 5 nights and felt great. I have visited the Pingtung City many times. First time found this place and found this hotel opened 2 years ago. Fancy hotel with new generation ideal, electrical car charger pot, free parking, also free bicycle. Either way come alone, with friends or with family. You will like this place.

The location is very convenient. Room was small but clean. Beds were comfortable. We just hope there was a bit more room on the vanity top.  

Walkable distance from train station, got a discount from trip.com for a bigger room, bedding is comfortable and breakfast is more like Chinese style

Very convenient. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are cozy. The staff are polite, provide excellent service, and there are free bicycles available for use.

Quiet and clean room with breakfast

Staff is very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Walkable distance from pingtung train/bus station (about 5 mins).

This hotel is very nice for a one night stop when you were going through the town. Or if you are a business traveler doing business in the area. Has a satisfactory breakfast. The only draw back is lack of free parking spaces. Had to pay 30 yuan the next morning for a parking fee at the 7-11.

The counter staff was very friendly, the bicycles provided were new and easy to ride, and the washing machine and dryer were very convenient. We didn't have to rush to wash clothes when we got home.

The hotel rooms and environment are clean, bright and comfortable. The service staff are friendly. There is also a stress relief massage in the basement, which is very good and suitable for relaxing after a whole day of travel.

I really like the room decor; it's clean and tidy, the price is very reasonable, and they provide a delicious breakfast. I was very satisfied. Checking out was super convenient. Although parking is not included, there is plenty of parking nearby. Recommended.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel corridors were bright and spacious, and the overall decor was clean and stylish. The room was comfortable and equipped with a dehumidifier, a thoughtful touch. The bathroom water pressure was strong and the temperature was consistent, making it very comfortable. There are also Hezhong water dispensers on each floor. My only minor complaint was that the power supply at the in-room charging station was inconsistent, which I hope will be improved in the future.
