The staff are very friendly and professional. The room is clean and quite spacious. However, our stay was let down by the quality of some items, from breakfast down to toilet paper. The breakfast was advertised as fresh and healthy. Unfortunately, it is nothing but those. There is no dried fruit and no green salad. Worse still, I think it is the first time ever, that I stayed in a hotel that uses reconstituted bacon which is generally considered unhealthy (hihgly procssed) and inferior quality. Even the almost-see-through toilet papers are so thin and loosely packed that we use one roll a day. Again, that never had happened in our entire Spain/Portugal (or anywhere else) trip.

An excellent hotel! Very modern, with everything new and beautifully designed. The staff is incredibly friendly, always ready to help and create a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast is simple but has everything you need. We had a positive experience!

Hotel surroundings are a little quiet so it’s quite a bit of a walk to get to the busier streets and room is a little small for 3 pax but it was clean and modern.

Came here for the fc porto vs arsenal match in the champions league. Was good location near metro station and cafes are nearby. Rooms are very modern and the shower was top notch

The central area of ​​Porto is not big, and the attractions are relatively concentrated, which can basically be reached on foot. The hotel is within a 10-minute walk from the subway station, which is convenient for going to attractions and the health services are basically acceptable.

It was less than 10 minutes from Trindade Station, making it a convenient location for sightseeing. The staff were friendly and there were designated lockers for storing luggage, which was a relief. The basic amenities were provided, and the bathrooms were clean. However, Porto is generally a hilly city, and the hotel is on top of a hill, so if you don't like walking, you might want to choose a hotel near São Bento Station or further down the hill. I didn't include breakfast because I wanted to take a walk to the market and have some egg tarts. It turned out to be fine. There are many egg tart cafes near the market, so it was fun to try them all.

This hotel in Porto is generally good. There is a subway next to the hotel and it is not too far from the main attractions. The neighborhood is also relatively quiet. You can check in at 3 pm, so don't worry if you arrive early, as there are free lockers for suitcases, so the safety factor is good.
