A very affordable stay with an excellent top floor pool and sun bathing area. The woven nest seats provide excellent shade and are comfortable. They even show free movies outside at night time.

The breakfast is simple but adequate and sets you up for the day. They have a cheap restaurant throughout the day and you can buy beers by the pool also. A great stay!

Had previously stayed at Deluxe Executive room which was great. This stay is at the Deluxe room - double bed. Sadly it was 2 twin mattresses joined together with an uncomfortable indent in the middle of the bed where the two mattress meet. Furthermore, both twin mattress are of different ‘age’ I guess. One of them well used - extremely soft and sinks right in. The other is firmer. Hotel was recently reopened in Nov 24 (closed since covid?). 
Location was great for me. On the quiet end of Seminyak (no crazy traffics) It’s 10mins walk to Petitenget beach and 25mins to Seminyak Village. A fantastic Warung just outside the hotel, 2 cafes and a nail salon. Away from the crowd. Hotel staffs were all friendly and nice. Nice big pool too.

The hotel is good overall. There are some trees planted in the house, which easily attract mosquitoes. Because of the trees, the massage pool needs to be cleaned before use. The location is in a quiet area. It takes about 10 minutes to take the hotel shuttle bus to Ubud Art Market. The hotel service is very thoughtful. You can ask the hotel to prepare in advance through WA

I had a fantastic stay at Berry Biz Hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The staffs were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

We enjoyed our staycation. The price is in budget, but the room had no refrigerator. Breakfast was ok, but prepare 5K IDR for extra egg. The hotel is beautifully decorated and arranged, and it has comfortable seating on every floor. The management believes something odd, no 4th floor in the hotel. Deposit fee 100K during check-in, returned after check-out if no problem found.

Our staycation here with the kids was fantastic. The hotel is very kid-friendly, featuring a spacious swimming pool and a well-equipped playground, which kept the children thoroughly entertained with plenty of activities. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and their soto, in particular, was absolutely excellent! 👍 All the staff members were incredibly friendly. We're definitely looking forward to another staycation here. The hotel rooms were spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh. 👍👍👍👍👍

Good and suitable for travel, but the hotel doesnt provide dustbin, aircond not function properly.

I stayed at Habitaire Rasuna during my recent business trip to Jakarta, and I was very impressed with the experience. The location is perfect, situated in the business district of Kuningan, making it easy to get to meetings and nearby offices. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed to work comfortably, including a desk and a kitchenette. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing great service throughout my stay. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, which is essential for business work. Overall, it was a great choice for a business trip, offering convenience, comfort, and value for money

I booked for my client. My client was satisified wih the hospitality here. The front desk , Putri, make sure that my client got early check in and she  was proceed with every request. Thank You, Putri. Thank You Luxeur!!! 10 out of ten so far !!! 
Amenities was complete and the AC is also working well as requested for my client. Will be back again and try the loft ones. 🙏
