The location is fairly convenient, and most of the front desk staff I met during my stay were friendly and helpful. However, the staff member handling my checkout seemed a bit cold and unapproachable, which made the experience slightly uncomfortable. The room felt quite stuffy, and it was hard to breathe at times. Opening the window helped a little, but it also brought in noise, which made it difficult to rest.

The hotel was a great stay, our favourite part was the buffet style breakfast and the fitness facilities. There was a sauna, but no steam room. The opening hours for the swimming pool is reasonable, however the pool itself is rather small. It is a large hotel with lots of families staying so we did have to fight for deck chairs and space to swim and play in the pool. Despite that the kids had a nice stay in Novotel. There was a fun activity for the kids and on completing the activity, they got free ice cream. We usually stay in Novotel when we travel but have never received a reminder to sign up to accor group. After signing up we got free drinks at the bar. The kids corner had a great selection of games and toys as well as it being clean and comfortable. This hotel we very child and family friendly. The staff all spoke excellent English and treated us with great hospitality.

Upon checked in, realized the room given came with a bathtub instead of a walk in. Bathtub height was as high as my hip( I’m 1.6m) so was hard to climb ove😱. A male staff on night duty was nice enough to change room with a walk in shower the following day. Only realized the changed room aircon wasn’t working n had to call in the maintenance guy to fix it and still it wasn’t too cold at certain times. Room was very very noisy with banging sound from night till dawn. We Juz lived with that as it was a hassle to change room again. What was most shocking was when we were in the room, a man suddenly came in with a room card!!!😱😱😱 We then went straight to the front desk n was told the female staff had made a mistake!!! The nicer male staff then offered 4 days complimentary breakfast which was very basic. Even though, we find this totally unacceptable this blunder that she had made!!! Juz imagine it was only my gal in the room n that the man was a crook??? This should have never happened to a Novotel hotel under All!!!😡😡 one more horrendous discovery was when I saw housekeeper using the towel to wipe the floor!!!😱😱😱

Hotel was great but location wasn't ideal for us. Loved the fact its so eco friendly though. Breakfast was very good too. The fact the windows opened very wide was a bit worrying with little children.
