Very nice!

The hotel is very conveniently located with great service. Room is quite sizable and food quality is pretty good.

It's less than 10 minutes away from Brown University and Rhode Island School of Design. The hotel is very clean and there is a free shuttle bus to the train station.

I stayed in this hotel with my children for 2 weeks. The room was large and new, without any decoration smell. The kitchen facilities were complete, the sound insulation was good, the breakfast was affordable, the hotel was cleaned every other day, the gym and laundry room were complete, and it was a pet-friendly hotel. I saw many tourists with dogs. The shopping mall and the station next to it were not far away and could be reached on foot. I will book here again next time.

The room is good and convenient to get to Brown University. But the bad thing is that we did not use the hotel's valet parking service. We parked our car in the back parking lot and paid $25. After checking out, we were inexplicably charged $32 for valet parking without any service basis and refused to refund. After traveling around the world for so many years, this is the first time I have encountered such an unfair term. Very disappointed! Room is good and convenient to get to Brown University. But we are charged valet parking fee 32 dollars without using it. We payed cash 25 dollars in the parking lot by ourselves. Can’t believe it happened.

The front desk manager named Clair had a very bad attitude. Our originally planned sightseeing trip was canceled without prior notice because she ordered us to move rooms. Extremely bad.
