The Lodgings Hotel SureStay Collection by Best Western Reviews

The information on breakfast was inaccurate, my email confirmation said breakfast was provided for 2 people! When in fact it was not after going. Very misleading information and told the concierge people to let their managers be aware!!

I enjoyed my stay. But there is a strong recommendation I would like to formulate: could you add in your package the service of guiding visitors towards their room and helping them carry their bags? This service is offered in many other hotel of the same caliber, and looking at the hotel rate you are charging, this could be a complimentary service. What happens currently: afuer a guest has check-in, the waiter hand over the room key and says "the room is that direction...". Guests, who arrive often tired, have to struggle in finding wehere the room is located, in carrying heavy bags, etc. Honestly, improvement is needed in this regard.

The hardware in the room is quite damaged, the water flow of the shower is hard to describe, I feel that the overall maintenance is not enough, the price is too expensive. The overall environment is good, very close to the airport, the service attitude is OK

The worst place I've ever been, and 200 euros a night... Used gels... An hour and a half wait time at the airport and Grace Bay pick-up... 2 days!!! I don't understand how Trip.com owns this hotel, much less how it can be a Best Western. The lady at the front desk was the worst I've ever seen... A very bad experience...

The cheapest offer on the island, so minimum expectations! On the positive side, the airport is within walking distance.
