"Fantastic stay really enjoyed our holiday it's our last day tomorrow and the kids are really upset to be leaving which is always a good sign that they enjoyed it as much as we did. Rooms in the Prestige were spacious with air condinitions and ceiling fans that were extremely welcome after a hot day in the sun. The maids always very friendly and left the room spotlessly clean. If i had to point out a slight negative it would be the entertainment area was very warm due to them leaving the windows and doors open so the air conditioning was pretty much non existent highly recommend bringing handheld fans to take the edge off. Stand out for me was the staff who were all fantastic so friendly and couldnt do enough for the guests special mention to Francis who made our stay extra special. We will definitely be returning and would recommend the Prestige to friends and family."

"What an absolutely great family holiday, all of the staff were pleasant and helpful, top marks to the chef for looking after our grandson who has food allergies, nothing was to much trouble for him. Great location, lovely accommodation, good selection of food and drinks, would defiantly go back. This was my wife and mine 3rd visit over a few years, never disappointed."

"A beautiful hotel on gorgeous Menorca. The rooms were fab, spacious and cool. The pools were brilliant - never felt too busy, we got sun loungers without a problem, the kids loved the main pool area and the flumes. The food was very good and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We had an excellent time and would definitely return."

"Tui rated this a 4 star hotel but unfortunately it is really a 3 star. Our shower had quite a lot of mould in it, and the plug hole kept blocking up, and the safe didn’t work despite maintenance having apparently fixed it. The air conditioning in the room was great, but could hardly be felt in the dining area, especially in the first 2 days when it didn’t appear to be working at all, and no air conditioning in reception. Eating was not pleasant as it was so hot and the food, although okay, was repetitive. The place mats for dinner were dirty and stained which was quite off putting. No air conditioning in the entertainment area at all while we were there. Unfortunately as it was so hot this made it very uncomfortable. Also the splash park is not exclusive to the hotel, so although you have paid for an all inclusive stay, you have to pay for any snacks and drinks in the on-site cafe. If you are all inclusive you should be able to have drinks etc as part of your deal. On the plus side the splash park was lovely and very clean and my grandson loved it. We could always get a sunbed with an umbrella round the splash pool, but definitely not round the main pools, with people putting their towels out as early as 7 am. The rooms were cleaned daily and no problem asking for fresh towels, and the cleaning staff were lovely. Despite all of this we enjoyed our holiday but regrettably would not return to this hotel."
