"First of all, we only booked one night in this hotel. After some twists and turns with the front desk, we were finally able to get back the room type that we reserved, and the front desk also helped to upgrade the room. Because it was inconvenient to carry so many suitcases, we booked another two nights and changed to a double standard room. We found a few black hairs on the pillowcase and the toilet flush button didn't work. The front desk said they would call someone to fix it. After waiting for more than an hour, no maintenance worker came. My husband couldn't accept it and wasted our time, so he went to argue with the front desk, and then they changed us to the best room. The overall room was clean and the room space was large enough, but I found that there was coffee powder, but no coffee machine, no hair dryer, and the water heater was broken. The waiter came to solve it again. I feel that this hotel is missing things. I always feel that something is missing, and we have to fight hard for everything."

"We stayed at the hotel from May 26 to May 29, 2022, in a Superior Comfort room. Room 207. The room was fine with an excellent bed, but the bathroom was very disappointing. Small, old-fashioned, and not very clean. There wasn't even a rack to put your toiletry bag on. You could only store your toiletries on a small shelf above the sink. The toilet was not very clean and is in need of a thorough cleaning. Brown deposits were visible in the curve of the bowl and under the water surface (I am not talking about traces of stool, but brown deposits resulting from a lack of maintenance). The breakfast room is not particularly cozy. A few tables for two and four, but mostly long rows of tables where you have to queue. The breakfast is just boring and not very varied. Boring bread. The same selection every day. A bowl of fresh fruit is probably too expensive, so just fruit from cans, though with some freshly cut pineapple mixed in. One plus point: good coffee."
