Checked in late, opened the quilt, and saw blood... I called the front desk, but found that the phone in the room was not working. I searched the front desk on my phone and called them. No apology, just said, "I'll change your room!" They were so confident. Really xxx! The environment is dirty, the facilities are old, and the service is bad!
