"I couldn't be happier with this apartment! Its location is absolutely unbeatable; it's practically built right on top of a subway station. You can even walk directly to The MixC Mall through a sky garden. With Subway Lines 2 and 3 right downstairs, you get direct access to the subway without even stepping onto the street, making travel incredibly convenient for reaching all the tourist spots. The room itself was fully equipped. The shower pressure was fantastic and super effective – after a long day of sightseeing, coming back and enjoying a wonderfully refreshing hot shower was just what I needed! The concierge service was exceptional. They thoughtfully provided detailed routes to various attractions and excellent dining recommendations. Highly recommend!"

"Rooms: We were on 33/F. New and good size. Washer-dryer worked well. You have to ask for plates, bowls and cutlery. It is worth spending a bit extra to get the sea-view room for the view of the bay and the light show in the evening which is great. The corridors are all a bit grim, don't worry the rooms are good. There are just 3 lifts for the whole 35 storey building which is full of apartment hotels. So the wait for the lift can be a long time. Better to be a high floor so the lift is less full when it finally comes. You have access to the Mix C Mall (which is huge) from both 6/F and LG Location: Perfect. Next to May 4th Station. DiDi stop outside. Walking distance to May 4th Square and light show. Lots of shops and supermarket in Mix C. Several convenience stores nearby. Service: okay. They will get you to join them on WeChat and you make requests that way. They sort out requests quite quickly. Language: Mandarin only"

"Very satisfied with this hotel. We arrived at 11am and was allowed early checkin. Stayed in King room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the sound proofing was amazing. Right next to the tourist ZhongShan Rd yet it was completely quiet! The lady receptionist was very helpful and kind when we needed help. Location was superb. We could visit the attractions and return to the room to rest back and forth as it was all within walking distance. Stayed only 1 night, as we had already booked another place. Nevertheless it felt like we had stayed like a few days as we were able to do so much within the short stay there."

"## Location: The location is incredibly convenient: just across the traffic light from the Zhongshan Road subway station exit, right on the main street. Taxis are also easy to hail. With public transport (bus and subway) right at the doorstep, getting anywhere is effortless. Zhanqiao Pier is also within walking distance, and the stroll there is quite pleasant, allowing you to admire the architecture and browse the small shops along the way. Just a heads-up, during hot weather, it's wise to stay cool. ## Environment: The courtyard itself is very quiet. Surrounding it are many small shops, accessible through a back gate from the courtyard – just knock and you can step right in to explore them, which was a fantastic feature. We'd read reviews suggesting ground-floor rooms are more convenient, so we booked one. However, the garden-style courtyard made it a bit challenging to wheel our luggage. But the front desk staff (the young gentlemen, in particular) were incredibly helpful, always carrying our bags in and out. Our suitcases were quite heavy, so we were truly grateful for their assistance! ## Stay Experience: The bedding was quite comfortable, although the pillows were a bit too soft. It would be ideal to have both a soft and a slightly firmer pillow option to cater to different preferences. The air conditioning kept the room refreshingly cool, but it seemed to lack a dehumidifier function (or we couldn't find it), making the room feel a bit too damp. Clothes hung out in the courtyard took a while to dry, but having a washing machine to pre-spin them helped a bit. Each room has its own private courtyard perfect for tea and conversation; on hot days, we simply moved our tea setup just outside our door, which was equally pleasant. We did notice a slight odor in the bathroom, but after mentioning it to the front desk, they promptly cleaned it again for us. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable, and we would definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Qingdao. The people of Shandong are genuinely warm, friendly, and talkative – they never showed any signs of annoyance, which we truly appreciated!"

"The mattress was completely sagged, and I woke up with a backache. The automatic curtains were broken, and there was a gap between the two windows, so the first rays of morning sun were blinding. Sleeping in was out of the question. Of course, this is probably fair given the price point. I must specifically thank the gentleman from Mu She for giving me a stark reality check. It's truly our own fault. You placed the complimentary water and the chargeable water right next to each other, with the price clearly marked on the bottle cap (as you, the Mu She team, pointed out). We simply didn't read it carefully. My sincere apologies. 8 RMB for a large bottle of water isn't expensive at all. It's just that we haven't had to pay for water in a hotel for so long, so our vigilance was low. Please forgive our oversight. Of course, it's not entirely our fault either. Major hotels like the Four Seasons usually provide complimentary water and beverages in the rooms, so we've admittedly been spoiled by them. Therefore, when we received a call about a charge after checking out, we really shouldn't have felt annoyed. When I asked for the manager to call back, I didn't clarify if I was actually speaking to one and ended up venting for ages to just an employee. My sincere apologies for making the person who called unhappy. As humble consumers, that was truly out of line. I genuinely apologize here. As you rightly pointed out, you don't want to constantly arrange water and do all that work, only to then have to listen to me throw a tantrum. We really can't afford to cross 'the working man' who's just doing his job. However, at the time, I genuinely believed I was speaking to the manager, someone authorized to receive customer feedback. My apologies for not clarifying beforehand, and I sincerely apologize again. You did offer to waive the charge for the water, but I insisted on paying. As you rightly said, I consumed it, so shouldn't I pay? Absolutely, there's no question about it. So I paid for it. Thank you, Mu She, for teaching us a valuable lesson. Once again, I apologize for our impetuousness. It was truly inappropriate to get upset and complain, even when I felt like I'd swallowed a fly. A humble consumer shouldn't get so angry. Paying for water? That's simply how it should be."

"Staying at this family-friendly guesthouse with my kids this time was an absolute delight! The room was decorated with so much childlike charm, featuring cartoon-themed bedding, a children's tent, and a lovely reading nook with picture books. My child was absolutely thrilled and practically danced with excitement the moment we walked in. The host was incredibly thoughtful, providing baby cutlery, a child's toilet seat, and even cute little animal-shaped toiletries. There's also a dedicated kids' play area nearby with slides, where adults can relax and enjoy a cup of tea, without constantly having to chase after the children – such a huge relief! I've already raved about it to all my mom friends; it's truly a hidden gem for family trips!"

"Firstly, the location is incredibly convenient. It's right by Exit C of Metro Line 3, just steps from the exit. Secondly, the cleanliness is top-notch. Rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard, and all areas, including the main room, bathroom, and kitchen, were spotlessly clean. Thirdly, the air conditioning is very powerful. It doesn't automatically switch off when you leave the room, ensuring it's always wonderfully cool when you return. Fourthly, the facilities are well-equipped, with kitchenware and dishes readily available upon request. The only downside is that the signage at the entrance is too small. I circled the building once and still couldn't locate the hotel, eventually having to ask a nearby staff member for directions."

"The room was immaculately clean, with cozy and tasteful decor. It was well-equipped, featuring fast Wi-Fi and plenty of hot water. The comfortable bedding ensured a great night's sleep. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in instructions were very clear, and they even provided excellent recommendations for local food and attractions, which made our trip stress-free and convenient. The location is superb, with public transport easily accessible. Having a supermarket and bus stop nearby made getting around effortless. The attention to detail was impeccable, and it offers excellent value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommend!"

"I'm a bit directionally challenged, but the location was easy to find. It's right before the 618 return trip to Lingnan, and across from the beach. The room was nice, with excellent bedding and cleanliness. There's a seafood restaurant nearby. We bought dinner, and as night fell, we enjoyed the terrace, the ocean view, and dinner. The atmosphere was perfect. I've longed for a seaside life since I was a child, and this time I finally got to see the mountains and the sea without getting lost in the crowds."

"Let me talk about the advantages first: the location is good. Although it is in a residential area, the navigation can accurately guide you to the entrance. After placing the order, the customer service manager will contact me proactively and pull a group of 7 people to solve various problems. He proactively upgraded to a sea-view king room and helped me carry my luggage. Let's talk about the disadvantages: I came here because of the high ratings, but after moving in I could still feel some shortcomings in the hardware and software. Let's talk about the hardware first. The guest rooms are in a villa with three floors. The first floor is the thighs, the second floor is the shoe-changing area and some guest rooms, and the third floor is another part of the guest rooms. The size of guest rooms is generally small, which is easy to understand if it is an economy hotel, but there are seven or eight bedrooms in a three-story villa. It is hard to imagine whether it is an original design or a later renovation. Disadvantages 1: There is no elevator, so it will be very troublesome for guests with suitcases. 2: Guests entering the guest room area are required to change into the slippers they provide on the second floor. They cannot wear their own shoes to enter the guest room area. They said that the wooden floor used in the villa decoration is more precious, so they must change shoes. I have stayed in so many hotels, whether they were handmade stalls or century-old hotels, the floors were already creaking, but no one asked me to change my shoes. I thought I was secretly staying in a palace. 3: The windows of the room face the street. Whether it is day or night, if the curtains are opened, the view inside the room can be seen without reservation (Figure 3, Figure 4, and Figure 5). The housekeeper said there was a gauze curtain, but I didn’t find it. I also want to ask, what should I do if I want to hang clothes to dry? 4: There are many green plants planted outside the building, and many flowers and plants are arranged at the entrance of the first floor, which causes a lot of mosquitoes. Friendly reminder to the housekeeper that you can take long-term mosquito repellent measures around and at the entrance. The worst case scenario is mosquito coils. The cheapest ones don’t cost more than a few yuan a day, which is better than nothing, right? I just can't think of it. Now, let's talk about software. Question 1: A pair of slippers was provided in the bathroom, but there were foreign objects in them (Figure 6 and Figure 7), which clearly indicated that the bathroom was not cleaned or inspected properly. When you encounter a problem, there are a lot of explanations. Question 2: When cleaning, the housekeeper asked, ”We only clean the garbage in the bathroom and room. Do you want us to help you throw it away?” The expression is startling. Is there anyone who doesn’t throw away garbage? Or is “only cleaning the bathroom” a VIP service? Is there any other space besides the bathroom? The land is only this big."
