"Hotel Raindew is centrally located at Lalpur Ranchi. We organised an event for The Times of India here. Food was ultimate. Quick Service. They managed the dinner well even when we pre poned the dinner by an hour. Still no compromise with the quality. Chef Rajesh had prepared the best food. Mantosh, Mukesh, Amit were fast at managing the service led by Ankit the F&B incharge. Mr. Prem Shankar Sharma and his team and ops incharge Mr. Madhusudan were great at there part and supported us to execute a seamless event. Thank you team Raindew ."

Space for car parking in front of the hotel is very convenient though it is outside their campus. The location is somewhat away from the city centre but is very good. Good open spaces. Many stadiums close by. Peaceful stay. Over all very good value for money."

"Nothing short of a nightmare. I’m writing this review while sitting in my room. Booked this hotel after reading reviews and realised soon after check-in that its all fake. I have been travelling across states and cities for last 15 years for work and this has been the worst experience till date. While checking in I was allocated a room which has broken tiles (pic attached). When I asked reception to change the room they showed me 2-3 different rooms all in pathetic conditions. One has broken almirah, othe damaged floor. At MMT the room description showed bath tub in room and when asked for it, they mentioned that only a few deluxe rooms have it and they are not working. I insisted on talking to manager Mr Vijay. He siad Nagar Nigam has stopped water supply for bath tubs. Later the reception person asked me to upgrade to an Executive room. Surprisingly in that room, water was available in tub. The hotel is worst maintained and everything is broken and damaged (see pics) The next day in morning, when I asked for breakfast, I was told it will start at 8 am. Br,o 8 am is too late for anyone. I requested for 7:30 as I had to leave for a meeting, which they declined rudely. The room also had AC issue. It went tripping all nights. When I called the maintenance guy I was told this is central AC and if in any other room setting is changed from cool to any other mode it will trip all room ACs. What a ridiculous excuse. Wifi never works. And for such rooms you pay in excess of Rs 7k per day. Wow! It was a real nightmare."
